मुजफ्फरपुर – देश भर में बिक्री किये जाने वाले ‘पेट सफा’ नामक प्रसिद्ध आयुर्वेदिक दवा की उत्पादक कंपनी दिवीसा हर्वल्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को नोटिस भेजा गया है। उक्त नोटिस जिले के मानवाधिकार मामलों के अधिवक्ता एस. के. झा के द्वारा परिवादी प्रफुल्ल कुमार श्रीवास्तव की ओर से भेजा गया है।
नोटिस में कम्पनी पर भ्रामक विज्ञापन द्वारा लोगों को दिग्भ्रमित करने का आरोप लगाया गया है। मानवाधिकार अधिवक्ता एस. के. झा ने कहा कि उक्त कम्पनी द्वारा भ्रामक विज्ञापन के माध्यम से लोगों को दिग्भ्रमित कर सैकड़ो करोड़ की कमाई की गई है।
