प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने शुक्रवार को झारखंड में बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए सीनियर आईएएस और राज्य की खनन व उद्योग सचिव पूजा सिंघल के कई ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की। पूजा और उनके करीबियों के दो दर्जन ठिकानों पर एक साथ छापेमारी शुरू की गई।
छापेमारी के दौरान पूजा सिंघल के पति व कारोबारी अभिषेक झा के चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट के यहां से 19 करोड़ 31 लाख नकद बरामद की गई। वहीं अलग-अलग जगहों से 150 करोड़ से अधिक के निवेश के कागजात भी मिले हैं। हालांकि इस बारे में ईडी ने अभी कोई आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं की है। शुक्रवार तड़के शुरू हुई ईडी की यह कार्रवाई खबर लिखे जाने तक जारी थी।
सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक, पूजा सिंघल के पति अभिषेक झा के चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट सुमन कुमार के बूटी हनुमाननगर स्थित सोनाली अपार्टमेंट से मिले 19.31 करोड़ से अधिक नकदी के विषय में ईडी जानकारी जुटा रही है। वहीं ईडी के अधिकारी निवेश के दस्तावेजों की भी पड़ताल कर रहे हैं। इसके लिए केन्द्र सरकार के वित्त विभाग के अधिकारियों से भी संपर्क किया गया है।
पांच शहरों में एक साथ दबिश : जानकारी के मुताबिक, ईडी की टीम ने शुक्रवार की सुबह छह बजे एक साथ पांच राज्यों में छापेमारी शुरू की। यह दबिश रांची, मुजफ्फरपुर, कोलकाता, दिल्ली व जयपुर में हुई। रांची में छापेमारी का नेतृत्व ईडी के ज्वाइंट डायरेक्टर स्तर के अधिकारी कपिल राज कर रहे हैं।
दो दर्जन ठिकानों पर दबिश : जानकारी के मुताबिक, ईडी की अलग अलग टीमों ने रांची में पूजा सिंघल के सरकारी आवास, कांके रोड स्थित पंचवटी रेजीडेंसी के बी ब्लाक के फ्लैट नंबर 104, सीए सुमन कुमार के कार्यालय व आवास, पूजा सिंघल के पति अभिषेक झा के पल्स अस्पताल, ससुर कामेश्वर झा के मुजफ्फरपुर के मिठनपुरा स्थित आवास, पूजा सिंघल के भाई व मां- पिता के आवास, कोलकाता में सीए के इंट्री ऑपरेटर रौनक व प्राची अग्रवाल, राजस्थान में पूर्व असिस्टेंट इंजीनियर राजेंद्र कुमार जैन के जयपुर स्थित आवास समेत कुल दो दर्जन ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की।
कई महानगरों में निवेश : जानकारी के मुताबिक, रांची के अलावा देश के कई महानगरों में जमीन, फ्लैट में निवेश किए गए हैं। ईडी को पूजा सिंघल के पति अभिषेक झा के ऑनरशिप वाले रांची स्थित पल्स अस्पताल को लेकर भी कई अहम जानकारी मिली है।
मनरेगा घोटाले की जांच के दायरे में हैं पूजा : बता दें कि 2000 बैच की आईएएस पूजा सिंघल खूंटी व चतरा में मनरेगा घोटाले में जांच के दायरे में है। ईडी ने पूर्व में मनरेगा घोटाले में जूनियर इंजीनियर रामविनोद सिन्हा के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की थी। रामविनोद से पूछताछ में आए तथ्यों के आधार पर ईडी ने पूजा सिंघल की भूमिका की जांच शुरू की थी। मनरेगा घोटाले के साथ-साथ अलग अलग पदों पर रहते हुए लाभ अर्जित कर पैसों की मनी लाउंड्रिंग के पहलुओं पर जांच की जा रही है।
