मुजफ्फरपुर:-जिले के लोक अदालत के अध्यक्ष सह जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश मनोज कुमार सिन्हा एवं सचिव संदीप अग्निहोत्री का विदाई समारोह विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार कार्यालय में जूनियर अधिवक्ता मंच द्वारा सम्पन्न हुआ।
समारोह में जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश मनोज कुमार सिन्हा ने कहा कि जूनियर अधिवक्ता न्यायिक व्यवस्था के भविष्य हैं, जिनके बिना न्यायिक व्यवस्था की कल्पना नही की जा सकती है। सचिव संदीप अग्निहोत्री ने कहा कि जूनियर अधिवक्ताओं को हमेशा अनुसन्धानपरक होना चाहिए तथा किसी भी मामले पर अनवरत शोध करते रहना चाहिए।
समारोह का संचालन मानवाधिकार अधिवक्ता एस. के. झा ने किया। अध्यक्षता एडवोकेट्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष वरीय अधिवक्ता रामशरण सिंह ने की। धन्यवाद ज्ञापन विधि के छात्र प्रफुल्ल कुमार श्रीवास्तव ने किया। जूनियर अधिवक्ता मंच के द्वारा न्यायाधीशों को बुके देकर सम्मानित किया गया तथा उनके स्वस्थ जीवन की कामना की गई।
मौके पर एडवोकेट्स एसोसिएशन के महासचिव वी. के. लाल, विजय कुमार शाही, रज़ी अहमद सिद्दीकी, प्रमोद कुमार ठाकुर, श्रीनिवास शर्मा, अजय कुमार, कबीर सिंह सहित एसोसिएशन के अधिवक्तागण तथा जूनियर अधिवक्ता मंच के अधिवक्तागण मौजूद थे।
