शहर के मशहूर चिकित्सक डा सर्फुद्दीन का कल रात देहांत हो गया। वे पिछले दस दिनों से दिल्ली के एक अस्पताल मे इलाजरत थे. देहांत के पश्चात कल रात दिल्ली में ही उनका जनाजा पढ़ा गया और सुपुर्द ए खाक किया गया। वो मुजफ्फरपुर के बहुत लोकप्रिय और गरीब गुरबों के पसंदीदा चिकित्सक थे। वो पिछले 45 वर्षों से समाज में अपना चिकित्सीय सेवा देते आ रहे थे । गरीब, कमजोर और बेसहारा लोगो में चिकित्सा के क्षेत्र में मसीहा के तौर पर जाने जाते थे।
उनके देहांत से विशेष कर इस वर्ग के लोगो में काफी दुख और मायूसी छाई हुई है। वे चिकित्सायी सेवा के अलावा समाज एवं मिल्लत के कामों एवं शरगर्मी में बढ़ चढ़ कर हिस्सा लेते थे। मजहबी और तालीमी क्षेत्रों के भी उनका बड़ा योगदान रहा है। वो बीबीजान लेन मस्जिद के मौजूदा सचिव थे, मदरसा दरूत तकमील के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष थे, मदरसा मोहम्मदीय साल्फिया के पूर्व कोषाध्यक्ष थे, मस्जिद ए अहले हदीस और मुगल मस्जिद के पूर्व सदस्य थे। सुबाई जमीयत ए अहले हदीस में भी काफी सक्रिय थे। वो अपने पीछे एक लड़का और दो लड़की और पत्नी छोड़ गए ।
मदरसा मोहमदिया सालफिया के सेक्रेटरी और मदरसा दारूत तकमिल के उपाध्यक्ष मोहम्मद मुश्ताक ने शोक संवेदना व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि डा सर्फुद्दीन का निधन कौम ए मिल्लत का बहुत बड़ा खसारा है, वह न केवल मुसलमान बल्कि हिन्दू मुस्लिम दोनो समुदाय में अपने चिकित्सीय एवं समाजी खिड़मात के लिए जाने जाते थे। कंपनी बाग जामा मस्जिद के इमाम मौलाना आले हसन एवं ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम मजलिसे मुशावरत के जिला जेनरल सेक्रेटरी मोहम्मद इश्तियाक ने कहा कि वे एक नेक, सौम्य स्वभाव, हरदिल अजीज, मृदु भाषी व्यक्तिव के धनी व्यक्ति थे और गरीब वर्ग में उनके खिदमात के खला को भरना आसान न होगा ।
मौलाना वसी आलम, जमा मस्जिद कमिटी के सचिव और राजद नेता शब्बीर अंसारी, प्रसिद्ध चिकित्सक और सद्भावना मंच के सचिव डा महमूदुल हसन, डा सैफ सुभानी, डा एहतेशाम, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता अमीन अंसारी, मदरसा दारुत तकमील के प्राचार्य कमाल अशरफ और सचिव जुनैद अनवर, मौलाना मोती उर्राहमान चतुर्वेदी, अनवर इमाम, डा मुश्ताक आबेदीन, कल्याणी मस्जिद के सेक्रेटरी सैयद परवेज, पंखा टोली कब्रिस्तान कमिटी के सेक्रेटरी मोहम्मद जाहिद, जकी हसन कैंपस मस्जिद के इमाम मौलाना ताहीर और मस्जिद ए अहले हदीस के सेक्रेटी सहनवाज आलम ने शोक संदेश में गहरा दुख और संवेदना व्यक्त किया। सभी ने उनके मगफिरत की दुआ की और कहा कि अल्लाह उनको जन्नत उल फिदौस में आला मुकाम आता फरमाए उनके अहले खाना को सब्र अता फरमाए।
