विश्वविद्यालय एवं कॉलेजों के शिक्षक और कर्मचारीयों ने विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में किया एकदिवसीय धरना प्रदर्शन

शिक्षा विभाग के कतिपय पदाधिकारियों द्वारा शिक्षकों-कर्मचारियों की अभिव्यक्ति की आजादी एवं लोकतांत्रिक अधिकारों के अतिक्रमण व हनन के खिलाफ राज्य स्तरीय शिक्षक-कर्मचारी समन्वय समिति के आह्वान पर प्रतिरोधात्मक आन्दोलन के दूसरे चरण में शुक्रवार क़ो बी.आर.ए.बिहार विश्वविद्यालय क्षेत्रान्तर्गत विश्वविद्यालय विभागों सहित विभिन्न जिलों में स्थित सभी अंगीभूत महाविद्यालयों एवं वित्त अनुदानित सम्बद्ध डिग्री एवं इंटर महाविद्यालयों के शिक्षक एवं शिक्षकेतर कर्मी, अतिथि प्राध्यापक, व्यावसायिक कोर्स कर्मचारी, दैनिक भोगी व संविदा शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मी तथा विश्वविद्यालयों एवं महाविद्यालयों के आवकाशप्राप्त शिक्षक व शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मी-गण सामूहिक अवकाश पर रहते हुए सैकड़ों-हजारों की संख्या में लंगट सिंह महाविद्यालय स्थित गाँधी पार्क पहुँच कर जुलूस की शक्ल में जोरदार नारा लगाते हुए विश्वविद्यालय मुख्यालय पहुँचकर धरना-प्रदर्शन किए।

धरना-प्रदर्शन की अगुवाई राज्य स्तरीय समन्वय समिति संयोजक एवं फुटाब के महासचिव सह विधान पार्षद प्रो.संजय कुमार सिंह एवं बिहार राज्य विश्वविद्यालय व महाविद्यालय कर्मचारी संघ महासचिव श्री राघवेन्द्र कुमार सिंह सहित विश्वविद्यालय स्तरीय विभिन्न शिक्षक-कर्मचारी संगठनों के नेतृत्वकर्ता व विश्वविद्यालय संघर्ष समन्वय समिति के संयोजक-सदस्य प्रो.सतीश कुमार राय, प्रो.अरुण कुमार, प्रो.अनिल कुमार ओझा, डॉ.सुनील कुमार सिंह, प्रो.रमेश प्रसाद गुप्ता, प्रो.जयकान्त सिंह, प्रो.प्रमोद कुमार, प्रो.ललन कुमार झा, डॉ.ललित किशोर, डॉ.सत्येन्द्र कुमार सिंह ‘टुनटुन’, डॉ.पवन कुमार सिंह, डॉ.नरेन्द्र कुमार सिंह, डॉ.कृष्ण कुमार, श्री दिनेश कुमार, पंकज भूषण, इन्द्र कुमार दास, राजीव रंजन, नरेन्द्र कुमार सिंह, राम कुमार, गौरव कुमार, उज्जवल कुमार व राहुल कुमार ने की।

विश्वविद्यालय स्थित धरना-स्थल पर संघर्ष समन्वय समिति के संयोजक प्रो.सतीश कुमार राय की अध्यक्षता में एक आमसभा भी हुई, जिसका संचालन बुस्टा अध्यक्ष प्रो.अनिल कुमार ओझा ने की। इस सभा को सभी संगठनों के आगत प्रतिनिधियों ने सम्बोधित किया। धरना-स्थल पर कुलपति डॉ.शैलेन्द्र कुमार चतुर्वेदी पहुँच कर आन्दोलन को नैतिक समर्थन और आन्दोलनकारियों का उत्साहवर्धन किया। सभा सभी वक्ताओं ने शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा विश्वविद्यालय की स्वायत्तता एवं शिक्षकों-कर्मियों के लोकतांत्रिक अधिकारों के अतिक्रमण व हनन, विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम, नियम-परिनियमों की अनदेखी व उपेक्षा का मुद्दा, संघ-संगठनों के प्रतिनिधियों के आवाज उठाने पर उनका वेतन-पेंशन बंद करने के गैर-लोकतांत्रिक व असंवैधानिक आदेश तथा कतिपय पदाधिकारियों के तानाशाही व असंवादी रवैये का मुद्दा उठाया।

इस मौके पर पधारे अखिल भारतीय विश्वविद्यालय कर्मचारी महासंघ (ए.आई.यू.ई.सी.) के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव कॉ.अंजन घोष ने अपने सम्बोधन में कहा कि हमारा संगठन आपके इस आन्दोलन के साथ खड़ा है। साथ ही उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि इस आन्दोलन को देश के तमाम विश्वविद्यालय में आहूत करेंगे तथा एक दिन का धरना-प्रदर्शन होगा तथा सभी विश्वविद्यालय एक मेमोरेंडम बिहार के राज्यपाल सह कुलाधिपति एवं मुख्यमंत्री को भेजी जाएगी। सभा को सम्बोधित करते हुए विधान पार्षद प्रो.संजय कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि बिहार के विश्वविद्यालय व महाविद्यालय के शिक्षक एवं कर्मचारी संघ ने बड़े-बड़े संघर्ष व आन्दोलन किए हैं और उसी के बल अपनी सारी लम्बित माँगे पूरी कराई हैं। बिहार का शिक्षक-कर्मी का पूर्व का आन्दोलन पूरे देश में नजीर है। यदि सरकार हमारी माँगें नहीं मानी तो यह आन्दोलन भी एक व्यापक व उदाहरणीय आन्दोलन बनेगा, आप सब साथी सिर्फ़ अपने अधिकारों के प्रति सजग व एकजुट रहें।

सभा को सम्बोधित करनेवालों में विश्वविद्यालय स्तरीय विभिन्न संघों के उक्त अगुआ प्रतिनिधियों के अलावे प्रो.प्रेमानंद, प्रो.विनीता झा, प्रो.राम कुमार, डॉ.एम.एन.रजवी, डॉ.सुनील मिश्र, डॉ.धनंजय सिंह, डॉ.राम सिंह, डॉ.संजय सिंह, डॉ.प्रबोधी, श्री राजीव कुमार आदि थे। सभा के अन्त में बुस्टा महासचिव प्रो.रमेश प्रसाद गुप्ता द्वारा कुलपति को असंवैधानिक व परिनियम विरूद्ध संदर्भित पत्रों को वापसी सहित विभिन्न माँगों सम्बन्धी दिए जाने वाले ज्ञापन को पढ़ा और आन्दोलन में शामिल सभी साथियों के प्रति प्रो.अनिल कुमार ओझा ने हार्दिक धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया। विश्वविद्यालय संघर्ष समन्वय समिति के प्रतिनिधि-मंडल ने प्रो.संजय कुमार सिंह व प्रो.सतीश कुमार राय एवं श्री राघवेन्द्र कुमार सिंह के नेतृत्व में कुलपति को माननीय कुलाधिपति, माननीय मुख्यमंत्री व शिक्षा मंत्री को प्रेषित करने हेतु अपनी माँगों से सम्बन्धित एक ज्ञापन भी दिया और कुलपति ने सम्बन्धित सक्षम प्राधिकार को उसे अविलम्ब प्रेषित करने का आश्वासन भी दिया।
