मुजफ्फरपुर. जून में बैंक व बीमा और जुलाई से आयकर के कई नियमों में बदलाव हो रहा है. ये सभी लोगों के पर्सनल लाइफ से जुड़े हैं. इसका सीधा असर उनकी जेब पर पड़ेगा. नये बदलाव में स्टेट बैंक के होम लोन के ब्याज में बढ़ोतरी होगी. साथ ही एक्सिस बैंक और इंडिया पोस्ट पेमेंट कई नियमों में बदलाव होगा. आयकर ने भी अपने टीडीएस में बदलाव किया है. अब कंपनियों से मिलने वाले उपहारों पर भी टीडीएस कटेगा. साथ ही उपहार की राशि उपभोक्ता की आय में जोड़ी जायेगी. आइए जानते हैं, बदलाव से आम आदमी पर कितना फर्क पड़ेगा.
एसबीआइ के होम लोन पर बढ़ेगा ब्याज
एसबीआइ ने होम लोन का एक्सटर्नल बेंचमार्क लेंडिंग रेट 40 बेसिस पॉइंट बढ़ाकर 7.05 पर्सेंट कर दिया है. लेंडिंग रेट से जुड़ी ब्याज दरों में बढ़ोतरी का नियम एक जून से लागू होगा. इबीएलआर पहले 6.65 फीसदी था, लेकिन अब यह 7.05 फीसदी हो गया है. स्टेट बैंक इसी रेट के हिसाब से अपने ग्राहकों से होम लोन पर ब्याज वसूलेगा. इसके प्रभावी होने से होम लोन का ब्याज बढ़ जायेगा.
थर्ट पार्टी इंश्योरेंस प्रीमियम भी महंगा
कारों का थर्ड पार्टी इंश्योरेंस पहले से थोड़ा महंगा होगा. 2019-20 में यह इंश्योरेंस 2072 रुपये का था, लेकिन इसे 2094 रुपये पर फिक्स कर दिया गया है. सड़क मंत्रालय ने इसका गजट भी जारी कर दिया है. यह 1000 सीसी से कम की कारों के लिए है. 1000 से 1500 सीसी की कारों का थर्ड पार्टी इंश्योरेंस 3221 रुपये से 3416 रुपये कर दिया गया है. जिन गाड़ियों की क्षमता 1500 सीसी से अधिक है, उनका थर्ड पार्टी इंश्योरेंस 7890 से बढ़कर 7897 रुपये कर दिया गया है. 150 से 350 सीसी की दोपहिया गाड़ी के लिए इंश्योरेंस प्रीमियम 1366 रुपये, जबकि 350 सीसी से अधिक क्षमता वाली दोपहिया गाड़ी का प्रीमियम 2804 रुपये होगा.
एक्सिस बैंक अकाउंट में रखने होंगे 25 हजार
एक्सिस बैंक ने सेविंग्स अकाउंट पर लगने वाले सर्विस चार्ज को बढ़ाने का फैसला किया है. एक जून से सेविंग्स अकाउंट में न्यूनतम बैलेंस रखने की सीमा में बढ़ोतरी की गयी है. इसके तहत सेमी अर्बन और ग्रामीण इलाकों के ग्राहकों को एक्सिस बैंक के सभी तरह के सेविंग अकाउंट में 15 हजार की जगह न्यूनतम 25 हजार रखने होंगे या फिर 1 लाख रुपये का टर्म डिपॉजिट रखना होगा.
इंडिया पोस्ट पेमेंट में लगेगा बैंक चार्ज
पोस्ट ऑफिस में आधार से चलने वाले पेमेंट सिस्टम जैसे कि पीओएस मशीन और माइक्रो एटीएम से फ्री लिमिट के बाद लेन-देन करने पर सर्विस चार्ज देना होगा. सर्विस चार्ज लगाने का नियम 15 जून से लागू हो रहा है. इंडिया पोस्ट पेमेंट बैंक इंडियन पोस्ट की इकाई है, जिसे डाक विभाग चलाता है. एक महीने में एइपीएस से तीन निकासी फ्री होगी, लेकिन उसके बाद निकासी पर सर्विस चार्ज लगेगा. लिमिट से अधिक कैश निकालने या जमा करने पर 20 रुपये के साथ जीएसटी और मिनी स्टेटमेंट के लिए पांच रुपये के साथ जीएसटी देना होगा.
जुलाई से उपहार पर लगेगा 10% टैक्स
एक जुलाई से कोई कंपनी किसी व्यापार से जुड़े किसी व्यक्ति को उपहार देती है, तो उस पर उस व्यक्ति को दस फीसदी टैक्स देना होगा. आयकर विभाग का यह नया नियम एक जुलाई से लागू हो रहा है. कंपनियां एक लाख का पैकेज किसी को देती हैं, तो वह पांच फीसदी राशि टीडीएस काट लेगी. जिस व्यक्ति को एक लाख का गिफ्ट पैकेज मिलेगा, उसे दस हजार इनकम टैक्स को चुकाना होगा. इसके अलावा एक लाख उसकी आय में जुड़ जायेगा और इससे पर बनने वाला टैक्स भी चुकता करना होगा.
