बिहार की नीतीश सरकार ने प्राइवेट अस्पतालों में कोरोना वायरस के इलाज़ के लिए फीस का निर्धारण कर दिया है. स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने इस संबंध में अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है. स्वास्थ्य विभाग की तरफ से सभी जिलों के डीएम को सरकार का आदेश दिया गया है. सरकार ने राज्यों के अलग-अलग शहरों और जिलों को 3 कैटेगरी में बांटा है. इन तीनों कैटेगरी में कोरोना वायरस के लिए अलग-अलग दर निर्धारित की गई है. राजधानी को कैटेगरी (A) में रखा गया है जबकि (B) कैटेगरी में भागलपुर, मुजफ्फरपुर, दरभंगा, गया और पूर्णिया को रखा गया है. बाकी अन्य जिले (C) केटेगरी में रखे गए हैं !
नीतीश सरकार ने यह तय किया है कि कोरोना मरीजों का पटना में इलाज कराने के लिए एनएबीएच की तरफ से मान्यता प्राप्त निजी अस्पतालों मे आइसोलेशन वार्ड में रखे गए मरीजों को को 10000 रुपये तक का फीस प्राइवेट अस्पतालों को देना होगा. जिसमें 1200 रुपए के पी पी किट का शुल्क भी जुड़ा हुआ है. वही जो अस्पताल एनएबीएस से मान्यता प्राप्त नहीं होंगे, वहां आइसोलेशन बेड के लिए 8000 की फीस देनी होगी. आईसीयू विथाउट वेंटिलेटर की सुविधा के लिए एनएबीएच मान्यता प्राप्त अस्पतालों में 15000 रुपये जबकि नॉन-एनएबीएच अस्पतालों में 13000 रुपये देने होंगे. आईसीयू में वेंटीलेटर की सुविधा के साथ इलाज के लिए एनएबीएच मान्यता प्राप्त अस्पतालों में 18000 और नॉन एनएबीएच वालों में 15000 रुपये फीस के तौर पर देने होंगे.
राज्य सरकार ने कैटेगरी वाले जिलों या शहरों के लिए भी शुल्क का निर्धारण किया है. इनमें आइसोलेशन बेड के लिए 8000 रुपये बिना वेंटीलेटर के आईसीयू में इलाज के लिए 12000 रुपये और आईसीयू के साथ वेंटिलेटर की सुविधा में इलाज के लिए 14400 रुपये का फीस निर्धारित किया गया है. वही कैटेगरी ए और बी को छोड़कर सी श्रेणी में आने वाले अन्य जिलों और शहरों में कोविड-19 इलाज के लिए आइसोलेशन बेड की सुविधा पर 6000 रुपये, आईसीयू की सुविधा पर 9000 रुपये और आईसीयू में वेंटिलेटर की सुविधा पर 10800 रुपये फीस देना होगा. फीस निर्धारित होने से उम्मीद है की अब प्राइवेट अस्पताल पब्लिक से ज्यादा चार्ज नहीं कर पाएंगे, और पब्लिक को इससे काफ़ी राहत मिलेगी.
