मुजफ्फरपुर, जिला पुलिस की एक बार फिर अपराधियों से मुठभेड़ हो गई. इस मुठभेड़ में एक अपराधी को पैर में गोली लगी है. जिसे इलाज के लिए एसकेएमसीएच में भर्ती कराया गया है. बता दे की रविवार को भी पुलिस और अपराधियों के बीच मुठभेड़ हो गई थी. जिसमें एक बदमाश को पैर में गोली लगी थी. और आज एक बार फिर वैसे ही मुठभेड़ की पुनरावृति हो गई।
मिली जानकारी के अनुसार जिला के टॉप 10 अपराधियों में शुमार विवेक कुमार और विक्की कुमार को साहेबगंज थाना क्षेत्र से कुछ दिनों पहले एसटीएफ ने अवैध हथियार के साथ गिरफ्तार किया था. आज उसकी कोर्ट में पेशी होनी थी. इसी दरमियान मौके का फायदा उठाकर दोनों पुलिस के साथ धक्का मुक्की कर फरार हो गए.
दोनों के फरार होने की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस प्रशासन हरकत में आ गई. दोनों अपराधियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए पुलिस टावर तोड़ छापेमारी करने लगी. इसी दौरान पुलिस को सूचना मिली कि विवेक साहेबगंज थाना क्षेत्र में ही छुपा हुआ है. सूचना के आलोक में जब साहिबगंज पुलिस विवेक को पकड़ने पहुंची तो विवेक ने पुलिस पर फायरिंग शुरू कर दी. पुलिस ने भी जवाबी कार्रवाई में फायरिंग की. इस कार्रवाई में विवेक के पैर में एक गोली लग गई. जिसके बाद उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया. फिलहाल विवेक का एसकेएमसीएच में इलाज चल रहा है।
वहीं दूसरे फरार अपराधी की गिरफ्तारी के लिए पुलिस छापेमारी कर रही है. जब तक उसकी गिरफ्तारी नहीं हो जाती है तब तक पुलिस इस पूरे मामले पर कुछ भी बोलने से परहेज कर रही है. लेकिन पुलिस के द्वारा लगातार अपराधियों पर नकेल कसने के लिए जो कदम उठाए जा रहा है उसकी जमकर तारीफ हो रही है।
