पटना: बिहार के बाहुबली आऐरजेडी विधायक अनंत सिंह को अपहरण और हत्या मामले में चल रहे केस से बरी कर दिया गया है.बाहुबली विधायक की सुनवाई एमपी एमएलए के विशेष कोर्ट में चल रही थी, जहां साक्ष्य के आभाव में अनंत संह को बरी कर दिया गया है .मिली जानकारी के अनुसार पटना के बेउर थाना क्षेत्र में वर्ष 2013 में अभय कुमार सिंह का अपहरण हो गया था.सूत्रों की माने तो अभय का अपहरण जमीनी विवाद में सुलह करने के नाम पर किया गया था.
मामले के सात साल बाद अब तक पुलिस से अभय सिंह की तलाश हीं कर रही है, मगर उनका कुछ पता नहीं है.
बताया जा रहा है कि 2013 में हीं अभय सिंह के अपहरण मामले में जो केस दर्ज हुआ था उसके बाद बेउर थाने में बंद मोकामा विधायक अनंत सिंह के खिलाफ अपहरण का मामला दर्ज कराया गया था अपहरण और हत्या मामले में एमपी-एमएलए कोर्ट ने साक्ष्य के अभाव में मोकामा से राजद विधायक अनंत सिंह को बरी कर दिया गया है. अभियोजन मामले में मुकदमा को साबित करने में असफल रहा.
एके-47 राइफल बरामदगी मामले में पटना सिविल कोर्ट में कल (शनिवार)आइपीएस लिपि सिंह ने गवाही दी, उन्होंने अनुसंधानकर्ता की भूमिका में अपनी बातें रखीं. घटना के वक्त लिपी एएसपी के पद पर कार्यरत थीं. इस मामले में अगली गवाही 22 दिसंबर को होनी है.
