मुजफ्फरपुर : मुजफ्फरपुर बीआरए बिहार विवि के एग्जामिनेशन हॉल के स्टोर में रखी दस लाख से ज्यादा छात्रों की कॉपियां सड़ गईं. विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन का ऐसा रवैया की इस सोटर रूम से जहरीले सांप तक निकलने लगे हैं. वहां सुरक्षा के लिए तैनात कर्मचारी भी इस वजह से दहशत में हैं. जबकि विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन टेंडर नहीं होने का हवाला देकर पूरे मामले से पल्ला झाड़ने में लगा हुआ है.
लाखों की संख्या में रखे कॉपियों को चट कर रहे दीमक
मुजफ्फरपुर बीआरए बिहार विवि में रख-रखाव और विश्विद्यालय प्रशासन के लापरवाही के कारण इन कॉपियों में दीमक लगी और वर्षा का पानी यहां घुस जाने के कारण कॉपियां सड़ रही है. विश्वविद्यालय में छात्रों की कॉपियां पुराने परीक्षा भवन और कम्युनिटी हॉल में रखी हुई है. जो देखने से ही कचरे का ढेर लग रहा है.
हर परीक्षा के बाद यहां डंप की जा रही है कॉपियां
हर परीक्षा के बाद यहां कॉपियों को डंप कर दिया जाता है. कॉपियों के बंडल पर कई बार सांप आदि भी नजर आ जाते हैं. इसमें स्नातक से लेकर पीजी तक की कॉपियां स्टोर में बेतरतीब तरीके से फेंकी हुई हैं. कॉपियों के फेंके जाने से छात्रों को भी नुकसान हो रहा है. कॉपियों के नहीं मिलने पर छात्रों को औसत अंक दिए जा रहे हैं. परीक्षा बोर्ड की बैठक में कई बार नंबर पर आपत्ति करने वाले छात्रों को औसत अंक देने का फैसला लिया जा चुका है. वहीं विश्वविद्यालय के परीक्षा नियंत्रक ने बताया कि 3 साल तक कॉपियों को संभाल के रखा जाता है उसके बाद कॉपियों को रद्दी के भाव में बेच दिया जाता है.
टेंडर में आई तकनीकी खामी की वजह से नहीं बिक रहा रद्दी
परीक्षा नियंत्रक ने बताया की दो बार इसके लिए टेंडर हुआ लेकिन कुछ तकनीकी खामियों के कारण यह पूरा नहीं हो पाया. वहीं कुछ लोग ₹54 में भी खरीदने को तैयार रहते हैं,लेकिन तकनीकी कारण से बिक नहीं रही है. हालांकि सब को पता है की रद्दी का दाम क्या है. रद्दी कागज के दाम को 54 रुपए किलो के भाव से आखिरकार क्यों खरीददार खरीदने को तैयार है, इसलिए इसे तकनीकी गड़बड़ी के कारण नहीं बेचा जा रहा है.
