झारखंड में जमीनी विवाद में ऐसी बर्बरता बरती गई जैसी कभी मध्ययुगीन जमाने में होती थीं. यहां 19 साल की एक युवती को कुछ दबंगों ने जिंदा दीवार में चुनवा दिया. गनीमत है कि पुलिस को वक्त रहते इस घटना की सूचना मिल गई और उसने मौके पर पहुंच कर युवती को सुरक्षित बचाया.
यह घटना कोडरमा के जयनगर थाना क्षेत्र के योगिया टिलहा गांव में हुई. जमीन पर कब्जा जमाने के इरादे से दबंगों ने दूसरे पक्ष की युवती को घर के कमरे में बंद कर पहले ताला लगा दिया, फिर उसके बाहर दीवार खड़ी कर दी. युवती करीब छह घंटे तक इसी हाल में अंदर रही. पुलिस के पहुंचने पर दीवार को तोड़कर युवती को बाहर निकाला गया.
दरअसल, लड़की के पिता किशोर पंडित का गांव के ही विनोद पंडित से लंबे समय से जमीनी विवीद चला आ रहा है. आरोप है कि जब युवती घर में अकेली थी, तब विनोद पंडित समेत 5-6 लोग वहां पहुंचे और युवती को जबरन कमरे में बंद कर दिया और बाहर ईंट की दीवार खड़ी कर दी. इस घटना की सूचना किसी ने पुलिस को दी. पुलिस ने घटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर दीवार तोड़कर युवती को बाहर निकाला. इसके बाद उसका मेडिकल चेकअप कराया गया.
पीडित युवती ने बताया कि जब उसे बंद कर दीवार खड़ी की जा रही थी, उस दौरान वो चिल्लाती रही लेकिन कोई मदद के लिए आगे नहीं आया. युवती के पिता किशोर पंडित को इस घटना का पता चला तो वो भी पत्नी के साथ तत्काल गांव लौटे.
देर रात अपनी बेटी को लेकर अस्पताल पहुंचे किशोर पंडित ने बताया कि गांव के ही अन्य लोगों के साथ उनका जमीन विवाद चल रहा है और जमीन पर कब्जा करने की बदनीयत से उन लोगों ने बेटी को घर में बंद कर बाहर दीवार खड़ी कर दी.
जयनगर थाने में इस मामले में एफआईआर दर्ज की गई है. इस मामले में एक महिला को गिरफ्तार किया गया है. पांच आरोपियों की पुलिस तलाश कर रही है.
कोडरमा के एसपी डॉ. एहतेशाम वकारीब ने पुष्टि की कि जमीनी विवाद में इस घटना को अंजाम दिया गया. उन्होंने कहा कि जो भी लोग फरार हैं, उन्हें जल्दी गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा.
