मोतिहारी शहर में एक बहुत ही अजीब और दुर्लभ चिकित्सा मामला सामने आया है, जिसने सब को चौंका के रख दिया. यहां 40 दिन के एक बच्चे के पेट में एक शिशु पल रहा था. यह बात सहसा विश्वास नहीं होता है लेकिन यह सच है. मोतिहारी में एक बच्चे के पेट में भ्रूण मिलने से वहां के डॉक्टर भी हैरान रह गये. इसके बाद डॉक्टरों ने बच्चे की सर्जरी करके उस भ्रूण को बाहर निकाला. ऑपरेशन के बाद बच्चा अब बिल्कुल ठीक है और हॉस्पिटल से डिस्चार्ज किया जा चुका है. डॉक्टरों का कहना है कि बॉयोलॉजिकिल कमी की वजह से ऐसे कुछ मामले पहले भी सामने आए हैं, लेकिन अब यह पूरे इलाके में चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है.
पेशाब के रूक जाने की थी शिकायत
मामले के संबंध में मीडिया से बात करते हुए रहमानिया मेडिकल सेंटर में 40 दिन के एक बच्चे को इलाज के लिए लाया गया था. डॉक्टर को बताया गया कि बच्चे के पेट के पास का हिस्सा फूला हुआ है. पेट के पास फूला होना और पेशाब के रूक जाने की शिकायत को देखते हुए रहमानिया मेडिकल सेंटर के डॉक्टर तबरेज अजीज ने बच्चे के परिजनों को कुछ जरूरी टेस्ट कराने के लिए कहा. सीटी स्कैन और अन्य जांच रिपोर्ट आने के बाद उस जो तथ्य सामने आये उसे देखकर सभी हैरान हो गये. बच्चे के पेट में एक बच्चे के होने की जानकारी सामने आयी.
मां के गर्भ में ही बच्चे के पेट में विकसित हुआ भ्रूण
जांच रिपोर्टों से पता चला कि जब बच्चा मां के गर्भ में था. तभी बच्चे के पेट में भ्रूण विकसित हो गया था. जो अब बच्चे के लिए जानलेवा बन चुका है. रहमानिया मेडिकल सेंटर के डॉक्टर ओमर तबरेज के अनुसार, मेडिकल भाषा में इसे फिट्स इन फिटू यानी बच्चे के पेट में बच्चा के नाम से जाना जाता है और यह अपनी तरह का रेयर केस है, जो 5 लाख में से किसी एक में पाया जाता है.
ऑपरेशन के बाद बच्चे के पेट से निकाला गया भ्रूण
बच्चे की बिगड़ती हालत को देखते हुए तत्काल उसे इलाज के लिए निजी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया. ऑपरेशन के बाद बच्चे के पेट से भ्रूण निकाला गया. तब जाकर उसकी परेशानी कम हुई. फिलहाल, बच्चा ठीक है. उसे हॉस्पिटल से डिस्चार्ज कर दिया गया है. रहमानिया मेडिकल सेंटर के डॉक्टर ओमर तबरेज के अनुसार कुदरत की अनोखी कहानी का गवाह बना बच्चा ऑपरेशन के बाद बिल्कुल ठीक है.
किसी को भी हो सकता है भ्रूण
चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार, भ्रूण के मामले में भ्रूण किसी को भी हो सकता है. यह एक ऐसी स्थिति है जिसमें मलफोर्मेड और पैरासिटिक भ्रूण अपने जुड़वां के शरीर में स्थित होता है. इस मेडिकल कंडीशन को पहली बार उन्नीसवीं शताब्दी की शुरुआत में मेकेल द्वारा परिभाषित किया गया था.
