बिहार में 1 जून के बाद अधिक रियायतों के साथ लॉकडाउन को बढ़ा सकती है सरकार

राज्य सरकार 1 जून के बाद अधिक रियायतों के साथ लॉकडाउन को बढ़ा सकती है। बिहार में फिलहाल लॉक डाउन थ्री लागू है और उसकी मियाद 1 जून को पूरी हो जाएगी। बिहार में कोरोना के संक्रमण को रोकने में लॉक डाउन प्रभावी रहा है और सरकार के अनुसार पॉजिटिविटी रेट में भी कमी आयी है। हालांकि अभी भी कोरोना के मामले सामने आ रहे हैं।

ऐसे में 1 जून के बाद सरकार पूरी तरह लॉक डाउन खत्म करने का निर्णय लेगी इसको लेकर फिलहाल संशय है। चर्चा है कि 1 जून के बाद अधिक रियायतों के साथ लॉक डाउन को बढ़ाया जा सकता है। इस दौरान दुकानों के खुलने और बंद होने की समय सीमा बढ़ाई जा सकती है। सरकारी और निजी दफ्तरों में सीमित संख्या में कर्मियों के साथ काम करने की छूट दी जा सकती है। इसके अलावा कुछ अन्य रियायतें दी जा सकती हैं। हालांकि इसपर अंतिम निर्णय क्राइसिस मैनेजमेंट ग्रुप की बैठक में लिया जाएगा।

इसके पहले सभी जिलों के डीएम और एसपी से भी सरकार फीडबैक लेगी। इसके बाद ही लॉक डाउन पर निर्णय होगा। राज्य सरकार ने 5 मई से 15 मई तक के लिए पहली बार लॉक डाउन लागू किया था। हालात में सुधार और कोरोना के पॉजिटिविटी रेट में गिरावट को देखते हुए इसे 25 मई तक बढ़ाया गया था। बाद में सरकार ने हालात की समीक्षा की। इसके बाद क्राइसिस मैनेजमेंट ग्रुप की बैठक में लॉक डाउन को और एक सप्ताह के लिए बढ़ाने का निर्णय लेते हुए 1 जून तक विस्तार दिया गया ।

फिलहाल प्रतिबंधों के साथ 1 जून तक लॉकडाउन रहेगा

राज्य में फिलहाल प्रतिबंधों के साथ लॉक डाउन लागू है और यह 1 जून तक सख्ती से प्रभावी रहेगा। राज्य के शहरी क्षेत्रों में अभी आवश्यक खाद्य सामग्री तथा फल, सब्जी,मांस, मछली, दूध, पीडीएस की दुकानों को सुबह 6 बजे से सुबह 10 बजे तक खोलने की अनुमति है। वहीं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में दुकानों को सुबह 8 बजे खोलने और दोपहर 12 बजे बंद करने का निर्देश लागू है। निर्माण सामग्री तथा निर्माण संबंधी हार्डवेयर की दुकानें सप्ताह में दो दिन सोमवार एवं गुरुवार को सुबह 6 बजे से 10 बजे तक खोलने की छूट है। इसके अलावा शादियों में सिर्फ 20 व्यक्तियों के ही शामिल होने की इजाजत है। अंतिम संस्कार और श्राद्ध में भी अधिकतम 20 लोग ही शामिल हो सकते हैं।
