छपरा. बिहार में पूर्व सीएम और विपक्ष की नेत्री राबड़ी देवी ने योगी मॉडल लागू करने की मांग की, तो बिहार की राजनीति में भूचाल आ गया. डिप्टी सीएम तारकिशोर प्रसाद ने भी छपरा में राबड़ी देवी की बातों का समर्थन किया और अब इस मांग का असर भी नजर आने लगा है. उत्तर प्रदेश की तर्ज पर बिहार में भी अपराधियों के घरों पर बुलडोजर चलने लगा है और इसका नजारा आज छपरा में भी देखने को मिला.
डोरीगंज थाना क्षेत्र के दफ्दरपुर गांव के रहनेवाले सुदीश राय के बेटे सोनू कुमार की हत्या 25 मार्च 2021 को इस्माइलपुर के पास एनएच 19 पर हुई थी. इस मामले में पिता सुदीश राय ने आवेदन देकर 5 लोगों पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी. इन 5 अभियुक्तों में 2 अभियुक्त हाजिर हुए, शेष सभी फरार हो गए. अब न्यायालय के आदेश के बाद फरार अभियुक्त जितेंद्र राय और विकास राय के घर की कुर्की जब्ती की गई.
कुर्की जब्ती को अंजाम डोरीगंज थानाध्यक्ष रामयश राय के नेतृत्व में डोरीगंज थाने के एसआई निधि कुमार, एएसआई जगरनाथ मांझी, एसआई प्रवीण कुमार, जिला बल, बीएमपी जवान, महिला पुलिस सहित अवतार नगर थाना अध्यक्ष अरबिन्द कुमार की टीम ने दिया. इन सबकी मौजूदगी में जेसीबी से घर में लगी चौखट, खिड़की उखाड़ लिए गए और घर में रखे उपयोग के सभी संसाधन जब्त कर लिए गए.
इस संबंध में आईओ एसआई निधि कुमार ने कहा कि अगर अभियुक्त कुर्की जब्ती के बाद भी हाजिर नहीं होते हैं, तो न्यायालय के आदेश के बाद फरार अभियुक्त के घर को तोड़ दिया जाएगा. साथ ही गिरफ्तारी के लिए विभिन्न ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की जाएगी. ज्ञात हो की सोनू की हत्या के एक वर्ष बाद उसके बड़े भाई संजीव कुमार की भी हत्या बीते 28 मार्च को अभियुक्तों ने कर दी है. इस मामले में भी स्थानीय थाने में संजीव के पिता सुदीश राय ने प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि सोनू हत्याकांड में केस वापस नहीं लेने पर अभियुक्तों ने धमकी दी थी और इसी क्रम में उनके दूसरे बेटे की भी हत्या कर दी गई.
