मुजफ्फरपुर :- जिला कलेक्ट्रेट में आत्मदाह करने वाले बिंदालाल गुप्ता की एसकेएमसीएच में मौत का मामला मानवाधिकार आयोग पहुँच गया है। मानवाधिकार अधिवक्ता एस. के. झा ने बिहार राज्य मानवाधिकार आयोग व राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग में याचिका दायर कर मामले में न्यायिक जाँच की माँग की है।

विदित हो कि जमीन पर दखल-कब्जा नहीं मिलने से परेशान होकर छह दिन पूर्व कलेक्ट्रेट में आत्मदाह करने वाले कांटी कस्बा के बिंदालाल गुप्ता की बुधवार की देर रात करीब साढ़े 12 बजे एसकेएमसीएच में मौत हो गई। वर्ष 2014 में उसे तीन डिसिमल जमीन भू-हदबंदी से प्राप्त हुई थी। जिस पर वह घर बनाना चाहता था। लेकिन, पड़ोसी उक्त जमीन पर उसे दखल कब्जा नहीं करने दे रहे थे। वर्ष 2020 में उस पर घर बनाने का प्रयास किया तो आरोपी पड़ोसी ने झोपड़ी गिरा दी थी। आला अधिकारियों तक गुहार के बाद भी उसे जमीन पर कब्जा नहीं मिल रहा था। कई बार कार्यालयों का चक्कर लगाते-लगाते वह परेशान हो गया था। जिसके बाद शुक्रवार की दोपहर कलेक्ट्रेट पहुंच कर उसने शरीर पर ज्वलनशील पदार्थ डालकर आग लगा ली थी।

मामले के सम्बन्ध में मानवाधिकार अधिवक्ता एस.के.झा ने कहा कि यह मामला मानवाधिकार उल्लंघन के अतिगंभीर कोटि का मामला है। साथ-ही-साथ यह मौजूदा प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था पर कुठाराघात है। मामले में माननीय आयोग के स्तर से उच्चस्तरीय जाँच की नितांत आवश्यकता है।
