मुजफ्फरपुर, सरकार के उपसचिव ने बी. आर. ए. वि. यू. के रजिस्ट्रार को पत्र लिखकर लंगट सिंह महाविद्यालय में भोजपुरी, अंग्रेजी, भूगोल, संस्कृत, संगीत और वाणिज्य के सभी अनिवार्य विषयों में स्नातकोतर की पढ़ाई शुरु करने की स्वीकृति दी है।

लंगट सिंह महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य प्रो. ओ. पी. राय ने प्रेस कॉफ्रेन्स करके बताया कि स्वीकृत सभी विषयों में इस सत्र 2023-24 में नामांकन प्रक्रिया शुरु कर दी जाएगी. साथ ही तीस छात्रों पर एक शिक्षक की उपलब्धता के अनुसार अगर किसी विषय में किसी शिक्षक की कमी पड़ने पर कुलपति से मांग की जाएगी।

प्राचार्य ने बताया कि कई विषयों में महाविद्यालय में पहले से ही कई विशेषज्ञ शिक्षक हैं. वे नव नामांकित छात्रों को संबंधित विषयों में ज्ञानवर्द्धन करेंगे। प्राचार्य ने बताया कि महाविद्यालय के आधारभूत संरचना और मुजफ्फरपुर में कला के प्रति लोंगों के रुझान को देखते हुए सरकार ने सीधे संगीत विषय में स्नातकोतर की पढ़ाई कराने की स्वीकृति दी है। यह विश्वविद्यालय स्तर पर बड़ी उपलब्धि है।

प्रेस कान्फ्रेस के मौके पर डा. राजीव कुमार. डा. त्रृतुराज कुमार, डा. राजेश्वर कुमार, डा. नवीन कुमार समेत कई शिक्षक भी मौजूद थे।
