उच्च शिक्षा विभाग एवं बिहार राज्य उच्चतर शिक्षा परिषद की उपनिदेशक डॉ अर्चना ने अपनी टीम के साथ चार घंटे तक रामदयालु सिंह महाविद्यालय के हर विभाग का निरीक्षण किया। कॉलेज में रुसा द्वारा वित्त प्रदत संपादित कार्यों का निरीक्षण एवं भौतिक सत्यापन किया गया। विदित हो कि कॉलेज को रूसा द्वारा वित्त प्रदत्त कंप्यूटर कक्ष, कंप्यूटर खरीद, तालाब का उन्नयन, कृष्ण सभा भवन का उन्नयन, उद्यान का निर्माण कार्य आदि का निरीक्षण किया गया।
निरीक्षण के बाद डॉ अर्चना ने कहा कि इस कॉलेज में विभिन्न कार्यों के लिए रुसा द्वारा दिए गए राशि का सदुपयोग किया गया है। भविष्य में महाविद्यालय को रूसा से और भी वित्तीय सहायता दी जाएगी। इसके बाद उन्होंने कला, विज्ञान और कॉमर्स संकाय के सैद्धांतिक और प्रायोगिक कक्षा के संचालन का अवलोकन किया। शिक्षकों की उपस्थिति पंजी, वर्ग में छात्रों की उपस्थिति, लाइब्रेरी, लैब, स्मार्ट क्लास, उद्यान, सेमिनार एवं सभा हॉल, इनडोर स्टेडियम, लैंग्वेज लैब, कंप्यूटर लैब की स्थिति और आधारभूत सुविधाओं सहित कई बिंदुओं पर उन्होंने पड़ताल की।
उन्होंने कहा कि यह नैक ग्रेडेड कॉलेज है। कॉलेज की व्यवस्था काफी बेहतर है। छात्रों का इस कॉलेज में नामांकन के लिए प्रयास रहता है। शिक्षक सिलेबस के अनुसार अपने को अपग्रेड करें और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शैक्षणिक माहौल बनाने में अपनी अग्रणी भूमिका निभायें। उन्होंने सभी विभागों के छात्र-छात्राओं से पढ़ाई के बारे में जानकारी ली। छात्रों ने बताया कि यहां वर्ग नियमित चलते हैं और हम लोग पढ़ाई से संतुष्ट रहते हैं। लाइब्रेरी के अध्ययन कक्ष एवं पुस्तकालय रजिस्टर का निरीक्षण किया गया। उन्होंने सलाह दिया कि पुस्तक खरीद एवं चयन कमेटी में छात्र एवं छात्राओं की भी सहभागिता होनी चाहिए। छात्रों के सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए सेमिनार, डिबेट, वर्कशॉप के साथ-साथ खेल के भी कार्यक्रम आयोजित होने चाहिए।
प्राचार्य डॉ अनीता सिंह ने कहा कि कॉलेज की संपूर्ण व्यवस्था को ठीक से चलाने के लिए शिक्षक एवं कर्मचारियों की कई कमिटियां बनाई गई है। कमेटी के सदस्य अपना काम तत्परता से कर रहे हैं। उपनिदेशक निरीक्षण के दौरान कॉलेज की व्यवस्था से संतुष्ट दिखीं। प्राचार्य ने बताया कि निरीक्षण के दौरान दिए गए सुझाव को अमल में लाया जाएगा। मौके पर सीसीडीसी डॉ अमिता शर्मा, उच्च शिक्षा विभाग के तकनीकी विशेषज्ञ मोहित पराशर, कॉलेज के शिक्षक कर्मचारी एवं छात्र-छात्राएं मौजूद थे।
