नई दिल्ली. कोरोना (corona) की तीसरी लहर में तमाम लोग अस्पतालों में जाने के बजाए घर बैठे जांचकर रहे हैं. कई नामी कंपनियों की रैपिड एंटीजन किट (rapid antigen kit) बाजार में आसानी से उपलब्ध है और 15 मिनट में जांच का रिजल्ट मिल रहा है. इस किट की डिमांड दिल्ली और एनसीआर खूब हो रही है. दवा कारोबारियों के अनुसार दिल्ली एनसीआर में रोजाना करीब एक लाख किट खपत हो रही है. इसकी मांग लगातार बढ़ती (increased) जा रही है.
कोरोना के लक्षण दिखने पर तमाम लोग सरकारी जांच केन्द्र या निजी अस्पतालों में जाने से बच रहे हैं. लोगों को डर रहता है कि ऐसा न हो कि साधारण सर्दी, जुकाम हो लेकिन अस्पताल जाने के बाद कोरोना की चपेट में आ जाएं. इस वजह से लोग अस्पताल न जाकर मेडिकल स्टोरों से रैपिड एंटीजन किट लेकर स्वयं ही जांच कर रहे हैं.
डॉक्टरों के अनुसार एंटीजन किट का रिजल्ट 70 फीसदी है. हालांकि डॉक्टरों ने सलाह दी कि जांच करने के बाद इलाज स्वयं न शुरू कर डाक्टर से संपर्क के बाद ही करना चाहिए. स्वयं इलाज नुकसानदेह हो सकता है. इस किट की मांग दिल्ली के अलावा गाजियाबाद, नोएडा, गुरुग्राम और फरीदाबाद में खूब हो रही है. गाजियाबाद के एसीएमओ डा. सुनील त्यागी बताते हैं कि बाजार में कई कंपनियों की एंटीजन किट उपलब्ध हैं. इनकी मदद से जांच की जा रही है. बाजार में एवोट और शिप्ला जैसी कंपनियों की सेल्फ टेस्ट किट उपल्बध है.
टेस्ट किट की कीमत
एंटीजन टेस्ट किट की कई नामी कंपनियों की भी बाजार में उपलब्ध है. इसलिए इसकी कीमत अलग अलग है. नामी कंपनी की कीमत बाजार में 300 से 350 रुपये के बीच है. वहीं, प्रधानमंत्री जनऔषधि केन्द्र में इसकी कीमत 250 से 300 रुपये के बीच मिल रही है. गाजियाबाद एनसीआर गाजियाबाद केमिस्ट एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष राजवेद चौधरी बताते हैं कि तीसरी लहर के साथ ही रैपिड किट की मांग बढ़ गई है. धीरे धीरे कई कंपनियां इस किट का प्रोडक्शन शुरू कर चुकी हैं. बाजार में आसानी से उपलबध है.
15 मिनट में मिल रहे हैं रिजल्ट
गाजियाबाद में प्रेमधर्म अस्पताल में फार्मेसी चलाने वाले अजय त्यागी बताते हैं कि स्टोर पर लगातार रैपिड किट की मांग बढ़ती जा रही है. लोग कोरोना के संभावित लक्षणों को देखने के बाद अस्पताल जाने के बजाए किट खरीदकर घरों पर ही जांच कर रहे हैं. जांच के बाद रिजल्ट 15 मिनट में मिल रहा है. उन्होंने बताया कि इस किट के रिजल्ट 70 फीसदी तक हैं. जांच करते समय हाथों में ग्लप्स जरूर पहनना चाहिए, क्योंकि जांच स्वयं से नहीं की सकती है, दूसरा व्यक्ति ही जांच करेगा, इसलिए सावधानी अवश्य बरतनी चाहिए.
जांच तो ठीक लेकिन स्वयं इलाज नहीं करना चाहिए
डाक्टरों के अनुसार रैपिड किट से स्वयं जांच करना तो ठीक है लेकिन लोगों को स्वयं इलाज नहीं करना चाहिए. स्वास्तिक मेडिकल सेंटर, वसुंधरा, गाजियाबाद के वरिष्ठ जनरल फिजीशियन डा. राहुत गुप्ता बताते हैं कि जांच के बाद लोगों को तुंरत डाक्टर से जरूर संपर्क करना चाहिए. इसमें कई बार स्वयं बाजार से दवा खरीदकर इलाज शुरू करना मुसीबत कर सकता है. इसलिए इलाज के लिए डाॅक्टर से संपर्क करना चाहिए.
