दिल्ली, कुछ दिनों पहले दिल्ली से यूपी के रहने वाले संदिग्ध आतंकी को पकड़ने के बाद आज फिर दिल्ली पुलिस को बड़ी कामयाबी हाथ लगी है। खूंखार आतंकी संगठन बब्बर खालसा इंटरनेशनल से जुड़े दो आतंकियों को दिल्ली पुलिस की स्पेशल सेल ने गिरफ्तार किया है. इन दोनों आतंकियों से पास से पुलिस ने भारी मात्रा मे विस्फोटक बरामद किये है.
दिल्ली पुलिस के स्पेशल सेल ने बताया कि दोनों आतंकियों के नाम दिलावर सिंह और कुलवंत सिंह है. इस दोनों आतंकियों की फोटो भी जारी की गई है. इन दोनों आतंकियों को उत्तर-पश्चिमी दिल्ली से मुठभेड़ के दौरान पकड़ा गया है. दोनों आतंकी पंजाब के लुधियाना के रहने वाले हैं. इनके पास से 6 पिस्टल और 40 कारतूस बरामद किए हैं. दोनों खूंखार आतंकी पंजाब में कई संगीन मामलों में मोस्ट वॉन्टेड भी हैं.
ज्ञात हो की BKI यानि बब्बर खालसा इंटरनेशनल संगठन भारत में एक खालिस्तान आतंकवादी संगठन है. सिख स्वतंत्र राज्य का निर्माण के कारण भारत और ब्रिटिश सरकार बब्बर खालसा इंटरनेशनल को एक आतंकवादी समूह मानते हैं. वहीं इसके समर्थक इसे प्रतिरोध आंदोलन कहते हैं. बता दें कि बब्बर खालसा इंटरनेशनल संगठन साल 1978 में बना था. इस संगठन के साल 1990 के दशक में कई वरिष्ठ सदस्य एनकाउंटर में मारे गए थे. इसके बाद इसका प्रभाव काफी घट गया था. इस संगठन को जर्मनी, कनाडा, भारत तथा यूनाइटेड किंगडम के अलावा कई देशों में एक आतंकवादी संगठन के रूप में नामित किया गया है.
