पटना. बिहार में सत्ता का परिवर्तन होने के बाद राजनीतिक बयानबाजी का दौर जारी है. इन सबके बीच, विधानसभा अध्यक्ष पद को लेकर काफी कशमकश बनी हुई है. मौजूदा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष विजय कुमार सिन्हा (Bihar Assembly Speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha) ने गुरुवार को अपने इस्तीफे को लेकर उठे सवाल पर कुछ भी कहने से इनकार किया. उन्होंने कहा कि सदन के लिए मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार (Nitish Kumar) का पत्र आया है. सदन के तिथियों के लिए हमारे सेक्रेटरी (सचिव) के पास पत्र आया है. उन्होंने कहा कि जब तक मैं इस पद पर हूं, बाहर कुछ नहीं बोलूंगा.
वहीं, विजय सिन्हा के विधानसभा अध्यक्ष पद के इस्तीफे के सवाल पर जेडीयू के वरिष्ठ नेता श्रवण कुमार ने उनको नसीहत देते हुए कहा कि विधानसभा अध्यक्ष नियम कानून का पालन करें. श्रवण कुमार ने कहा कि यदि सदन के 35 सदस्य भी अविश्वास प्रस्ताव लाते हैं तो स्पीकर को अपने पद से हटना पड़ता है. बुधवार को महागठबंधन की सरकार बनने के बाद 164 विधायकों ने अविश्वास प्रस्ताव दिया है ऐसे में विजय कुमार सिन्हा को नियम कानून का पालन करते हुए नैतिकता के आधार पर व अपने विवेक का इस्तेमाल पर उचित फैसला लेना चाहिए और इस्तीफा दे देना चाहिए.
पूर्व मंत्री ने कहा कि जब आप किसी संवैधानिक पद पर हैं तो आपको कानून का पालन करना चाहिए.
बता दें कि बुधवार को राज्य में महागठबंधन की सरकार बनने के बाद सत्ता पक्ष के कई विधायकों ने विधानसभा अध्यक्ष विजय कुमार सिन्हा के खिलाफ अविश्वास प्रस्ताव लाने के नोटिस पर हस्ताक्षर किया था जिसकी एक ‘हार्ड कॉपी’ विधानसभा सचिवालय को सौंपी गई थी. विजय सिन्हा के खिलाफ यह प्रस्ताव मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार के द्वारा विश्वास मत लाने के लिए सत्र आहूत किए जाने के दौरान लाया जाएगा.
बिहार विधानसभा का विशेष सत्र 24 या 25 अगस्त को बुलाए जाने की संभावना है.
