मुजफ्फरपुर में मुशहरी-सदर के श्रम प्रवर्तन पदाधिकारी पूजा कुमारी के नेतृत्व में शुक्रवार को सदर अनुमण्डल क्षेत्र अन्तर्गत मुजफ्फरपुर नगर निगम के विभिन्न दुकानों एवं प्रतिष्ठानों में धावा दल की टीम द्वारा सघन जाँच अभियान चलाया गया।
सघन जाँच अभियान के दौरान धावा दल की टीम द्वारा सफिया लहठी दुकान, बैंक रोड एवम M.J., ट्रेडर्स, बैंक रोड, मोतीझील मुजफ्फरपुर से 01-01 बाल श्रमिक को विमुक्त कराया गया। विमुक्त बाल श्रमिक को बाल कल्याण समिति के समक्ष उपस्थापित कर निर्देशानुसार उन्हें बाल गृह में रखा गया है ।
बाल एवं किशोर श्रम ( प्रतिषेध एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम 1986 के तहत नियोजक के विरुद्ध संबंधित थाने में प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने की कार्रवाई की जा रही है ।
श्रम अधीक्षक अजय कुमार ने बताया कि बाल श्रमिकों से किसी भी दुकान या प्रतिष्ठान में कार्य कराना बाल एवं किशोर श्रम (प्रतिषेध एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम 1986 के अंतर्गत गैरकानूनी है तथा बाल श्रमिकों से कार्य कराने वाले व्यक्तियों को ₹20000 से ₹50000 तक का जुर्माना और 2 वर्षों तक के कारावास का प्रावधान है ।
विदित हो की वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 में अभी तक मुजफ्फरपुर जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से धावा दल के द्वारा अब तक 37 बाल श्रमिकों को विमुक्त कराकर उनका पुनर्वासन लगातार कराया जा रहा है
धावा दल की टीम के द्वारा आज मुजफ्फरपुर नगर निगम के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों एवम सभी दुकान एवं प्रतिष्ठान में सघन जांच की गई तथा सभी नियोजको से किसी भी बाल श्रमिक को नियोजित नहीं करने हेतु एक शपथ पत्र भरवाया गया ।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज की इस धावा दल टीम के सदस्य के रूप में श्रम प्रवर्तन पदाधिकारी, मुरौल रश्मि राज एवम श्रम प्रवर्तन पदाधिकारी, गायघाट, मोहम्मद अली, के साथ नगर थाना से कुंदन कुमार एवं अन्य शामिल थे।
श्रम अधीक्षक के द्वारा बताया गया कि धावा दल नियमित रूप से प्रत्येक सप्ताह संचालित होगा तथा मुजफ्फरपुर शहर के अलावा सभी अनुमंडल मुख्यालय एवं प्रखंड मुख्यालयों में भी धावा दल संचालित किया जाएगा तथा बाल श्रमिकों को नियोजित करने वाले नियोजकों के विरूद्ध कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
