मुजफ्फरपुर के 6 पीडीएस डीलर पर प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी ने कराया प्राथमिकी दर्ज।

कुढ़नी प्रखंड के मनियारी थाना में पांच तथा औराई थाना के एक पीडीएस डीलर के विरुद्ध एफआईआर दर्ज।

खाद्यान्न की कालाबाजारी करने, गबन करने की शिकायत को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जिलाधिकारी ने जांच कर त्वरित एवं कठोर कार्रवाई का आदेश दिया।

मुजफ्फरपुर, जिलाधिकारी ने कहा है कि जन वितरण प्रणाली दुकानों का संचालन सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित मानदंड के अनुरूप हो तथा लाभुकों को प्रतिमाह नियमित रूप से उचित मात्रा में खाद्यान्न का वितरण किया जाए। उन्होंने जन वितरण प्रणाली की दुकानों का नियमित निरीक्षण करने तथा दोषी के विरुद्ध कठोर कार्रवाई करने का सख्त निर्देश दिया है


जन वितरण प्रणाली की दुकानों का सरकारी मानक के अनुरूप संचालित करने तथा लाभुकों को नियमित रूप से उचित मात्रा में खाद्यान्न उपलब्ध कराने हेतु जिला पदाधिकारी सुब्रत कुमार सेन द्वारा लगातार समीक्षा बैठक करने तथा उसकी सतत एवं प्रभावी मॉनिटरिंग करने की कार्रवाई निरंतर जारी है इस क्रम में जिलाधिकारी ने प्राप्त परिवाद पत्र के आलोक में कुढ़नी एवं औराई प्रखंड के पीडीएस डीलर के विरुद्ध जांच कर त्वरित एवं कठोर कार्रवाई करने का आदेश दिया।

उल्लेखनीय है कि कुढ़नी प्रखंड अंतर्गत छितरौली गांव निवासी पीडीएस डीलर, अनुग्यप्तिधारी सुरेंद्र पासवान, सुधानंद तिवारी, सोनी कुमारी, मदन भक्त, सच्चिदानंद सिंह तथा औराई प्रखंड के अतरार निवासी पीडीएस डीलर नूतन देवी के विरुद्ध शिकायतें पाई गई थी। इन सभी के विरुद्ध मई एवं जून माह में लाभुकों से खाद्यान्न देने हेतु पोस मशीन पर अंगूठा लगवा लेने तथा दोनों माह का खाद्यान्न नहीं देने का आरोप था।

मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए जिलाधिकारी ने जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी मुजफ्फरपुर को मामले की जांच करने तथा त्वरित कार्रवाई करने का आदेश दिया। जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी ने मामले की जांच की तथा मई एवं जून माह में लाभुकों से पांस मशीन पर अंगूठा लगवा कर खाद्यन्न नहीं देने का आरोप सही पाया। साथ ही भौतिक सत्यापन में खाद्यान्न की कमी पाई गई तथा जांच के समय स्थल पर से पीडीएस डीलर जानबूझकर अनुपस्थित रहे।

तदनुसार आज कुढ़नी प्रखंड के छितरौली पंचायत के पांच पीडीएस डीलर सुरेंद्र पासवान, सुधानंद तिवारी, सोनी कुमारी, मदन भक्त एवं सच्चिदानंद सिंह के विरुद्ध प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी कुढ़नी द्वारा मनियारी थाना में प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है।

इसके अतिरिक्त औराई प्रखंड अंतर्गत अतरार पंचायत निवासी पीडीएस डीलर नूतन देवी पति मनोज कुमार के विरुद्ध प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी औराई द्वारा कालाबाजारी के आरोप में औराई थाना में प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है।

जिलाधिकारी ने कहा है कि जन वितरण प्रणाली दुकानों का संचालन सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित मानदंड के अनुरूप हो तथा लाभुकों को प्रतिमाह नियमित रूप से उचित मात्रा में खाद्यान्न का वितरण किया जाए। उन्होंने जन वितरण प्रणाली की दुकानों का नियमित निरीक्षण करने तथा दोषी के विरुद्ध कठोर कार्रवाई करने का सख्त निर्देश दिया है।
