बिहार के गोपालगंज पुलिस ने एक ऐसे अपराधिक गिरोह का खुलासा किया है, जो नेशनल हाइवे पर सुंदर लड़कियों के सहारे लूट की वारदात को अंजाम देते थे. पुलिस ने कुख्यात समेत 11 शातिर अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार किया है, जिनमें दो लड़कियां भी शामिल हैं. इनके पास से चार हथियार, तीन चाकू, पांच कारतूस, लूटी गयी ब्रेजा कार, 11 लूटी गयी मोबाइल समेत कई सामान बरामद किये गये हैं. एसपी स्वर्ण प्रभात की ओर से गठित एसआइटी ने कुचायकोट थाने के सासामुसा के पास इनकी गिरफ्तारी की है.
एसपी ने बताया कि हाइवे लुटेरा गैंग में शामिल युवतियां हाइवे पर वाहन मालिकों से पहले लिफ्ट मांगती थीं. उसके बाद सुंदर चेहरा और अपनी मोहजाल में फंसाकर वाहन पर बैठ जातीं थी और आगे जाकर अपराधियों के हवाले कर देतीं थीं. हथियार के बल पर गैंग के अपराधी वाहन और सामान को लूट लेते थे. ये सिलसिला पिछले कई दिनों से चल रहा था.
जब इसकी सूचना पुलिस को मिली तो सदर एसडीपीओ संजीव कुमार के नेतृत्व में एसआइटी गठित कर हाइवे पर टीम ने जाल बिछा दी. पुलिस को इस दौरान सासामुसा के पास स्थित शिव मंदिर पर सात अपराधियों के पहुंचे की लीड मिली, जसके बाद छापेमारी कर हथियार के साथ गिरफ्तार किया गया. पूछताछ के बाद इनके निशानदेही पर गैंग के अन्य चार अपराधियों की गिरफ्तारी की गयी.
एसपी ने बताया कि कुल 11 अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया और पूछताछ करने के बाद सभी को जेल भेज दिया गया. उन्होंने बताया कि यह गैंग गोरखपुर से मुजफ्फरपुर तक एनएच-27 पर सक्रिय था और खासकर रात में लूटपाट की वारदात को अंजाम देता था. एसआइटी ने इस गैंग से जुड़े 11 अपराधियों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद राहत की सांस ली है. वहीं, बाकी के फरार अपराधियों की तलाश में एसआइटी छापेमारी कर रही है.
एसआइटी ने जिन्हें गिरफ्तार किया है उनमें कुचायकोट थाने के बेलवा वृत के निवासी सुरेंद्र पांडेय का बेटा बंटी पांडेय, बलुआ टोला बखरी के सकील अंसारी का बेटा रबे आलम, मांझा थाने के भोजपुरवा निवासी अमीर हसन अंसारी का बेटा इरसाद अली, हरकेश राम का बेटा सुनीत कुमार, दानापुर निवासी बाबू अली का बेटा दानिश खान, बहोरा टोला निवासी हृदया यादव का पुत्र प्रेम कुमार शामिल है.
इसके साथ ही उचकागांव थाने के दहीभता गांव निवासी अमरजीत यादव का बेटा अंकेश कुमार, इसका भाई अंकुर कुमार, थावे थाना के पैठानपट्टी बाजार निवासी स्व. अनील राम की बेटी मुस्कान कुमारी, नगर थाने के आंबेडकर चौक मवेशी अस्पताल के पीछे निवासी रिजवान अंसारी की बेटी जैनव खातुन और मुजफ्फरपुर के साहेबगंज थाने के पिपरा असली का रहने वाला प्रशांत कुमार शामिल हैं.
मुजफ्फरपुर में बेचे जाते थे वाहन, खरीदार गिरफ्तार
नेशनल हाइवे पर लूटपाट करने के बाद वाहनों को मुजफ्फरपुर में ले जाकर बेच दिया जाता था. एसआइटी ने लूटी गयी ब्रेजा कार के साथ लूटी गयी गाड़ियों की बिक्री और खरीद करनेवाले खरीदार को भी गिरफ्तार किया गया, जो मुजफ्फरपुर के साहेबगंज थाने के पिपरा असली का रहनेवाला प्रशांत कुमार बताया गया है. अबतक कितनी लूट की गाड़ियों की खरीद-बिक्री है, इसकी जांच पुलिस कर रही है.
कार्रवाई में शामिल पुलिस टीम होगी पुरस्कृत
एसपी ने कहा कि कार्रवाई में शामिल पुलिस टीम को पुरस्कृत किया जायेगा. एसआइटी में सदर एसडीपीओ संजीव कुमार, कुचायकोट थानाध्यक्ष किरण शंकर, बैकुंठपुर थानाध्यक्ष धनंजय कुमार, पुलिस अधिकारी सुमन कुमार मिश्रा, मनोज कुमार, पप्पू कुमार, विकास कुमार, शशिरंजन कुमार, सिपाही राजीव रंजन, विनोद सिंह, नीरज कुमार सिंह व चौकीदार अमित कुमार शामिल हैं.
