धनबादः एडिशनल डिस्ट्रिक्ट जज उत्तम आनंद की मौत को लेकर अब सबकुछ साफ हो गया है. ऑटो चालक और उसके एक सहयोगी को गिरफ्तार करने के बाद पुलिस ने हत्या का मामला दर्ज कर लिया है. इस मामले में हाई कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने झारखंड पुलिस प्रमुख और धनबाद एसएसपी को तलब किया था. अब घटना की जांच के लिए एक एसआईटी का गठन कर दिया गया है. एडीजी ऑपरेशन एसआईटी टीम के इंचार्ज बनाए गए हैं.
इस मामले में जानकारी झारखंड बार एसोसिएशन के सचिव राधेश्याम गोस्वामी ने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक सीनियर एडवोकेट ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के सामने इस मामले को रखा था. इसके बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश एनवी रमन्ना ने झारखंड हाई कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश से मामले की जानकारी ली. झारखंड हाई कोर्ट ने पूरे मामले से सुप्रीम कोर्ट को अवगत कराया. बताया कि दो लोगों की गिरफ्तारी हो चुकी है और विशेष जांच के लिए एसआईटी का गठन किया गया है.

उधर, धनबाद एसएसपी संजीव कुमार ने बताया कि पकड़े गए आरोपित लखन वर्मा और राहुल वर्मा ने यह बात मान ली है कि उनके द्वारा ही इस कांड को अंजाम दिया गया है. जिस तरह से चोरी के ऑटो से इस घटना को अंजाम दिया गया है उससे साफ हो चुका है कि एक सोची समझी साजिश के तहत जज उत्तम आनंद की हत्या की गई है. इस हत्या के पीछे मुख्य वजह क्या है और किसके इशारे पर इस घटना को अंजाम दिया गया यह फिलहाल साफ नहीं हो सका है. इससे पहले फॉरेंसिक टीम ने जब्त ऑटो रिक्शा से फिंगर प्रिंट लाय और बारीकी से जांच की. इसके अलावा घटनास्थल का भी मुआयना किया.

हत्या के आरोप में पकड़े गए आरोपित लखन वर्मा के परिजनों ने इस पूरे मामले में अनभिज्ञता जाहिर की है. लखन वर्मा की पत्नी पिंकी देवी ने बताया कि उसका पति दो दिन पहले एक ऑटो लेकर आया और बताया कि उसकी 80 हजार की लॉटरी लगी है. उसी पैसे से उसने पुराना ऑटो खरीदा है. बाद में पुलिस से पता चला कि ऑटो चोरी का है और उससे किसी की हत्या की गई है.
