राजगीर में मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार की उपस्थिति में पुलिस अवर निरीक्षक 2018 बैच का दीक्षांत परेड समारोह आयोजित हुआ। परेड समारोह में कुल 1582 प्रशिक्षु पुलिस अवर निरीक्षकों ने भाग लिया इनमें 615 महिला पुलिस पदाधिकारी भी शामिल रहीं।
“न्याय के साथ विकास और सशक्त महिला, सक्षम महिला ” के सूत्र वाक्य के साथ समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए सबसे पहले नीतीश कुमार ने सभी प्रशिक्षु अवर निरीक्षकोंं को बधाई दी। अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने कहा कि झारखण्ड अलग होने के बाद बिहार में ट्रेनिंग की व्यवस्था नहीं थी। राजगीर में पुलिस अकादमी के निर्माण किया गया। यहां पुलिस बल के प्रशिक्षण के लिए बेहतर सुविधाएं प्राप्त हैं। उन्होने कहा कि महिलाओं की सुरक्षा सबसे जरूरी है और राज्य में कानून का राज्य कायम रखना मेरी प्राथमिकता है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राजगीर में 2 हजार पुरुष और 2 हजार महिला कर्मियों की भी ट्रेनिंग होगी। आज 1582 पुरुष और 596 महिला अवर निरीक्षक आज बिहार को मिल रहा है। महिलाओं को सबसे पहले पंचायत में 50 प्रतिशत की घोषणा हमने की। पुलिस बल में आज बड़ी संख्या में महिला पुलिस बल है। इसे देखकर आज बहुत खुशी होती है, देश मे किसी भी राज्य से ज्यादा महिला पुलिस बल है। दूसरे किसी भी राज्य में पुलिस बल में इतनी महिलाएं नहीं हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री नीतीश कुमार ने कहा कि बिहार में महिलाओं की सुरक्षा सबसे प्राथमिकता पर है। सभी थानों में महिला का होना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है, पहले किसी भी थाने में कोई काम नहीं हुआ था। आज बिहार के थाने देखने लायक है। थानों के भवनो में सभी सुविधाएं प्राप्त हैं। पटना का पुलिस मुख्यालाय देखने लायक है। हथियार को लेकर भी सरकार ने बड़े फैसले लिए हैं। बिहार में थाने को लेकर नए फैसले लिए गए हैं। समाज में कानून का राज कायम करना ही उद्देश्य।
बिहार में महिलाओं की मांग पर ही शराबबन्दी हुई। आज महिला पुलिस बल पर बड़ी जिम्मेदारी दी जा रही है।आज महिलाओं की पुलिस बल में संख्या बेहतर हो गई है।अब ये महिला पुलिस बल शराबबन्दी पर सख्ती बरतें। शराबबन्दी की सफलता में महिला पुलिस बल की बड़ी भागीदारी होगी।
सभी प्रशिक्षुओं को मुख्यमंत्री जी ने अपील की कि यहां से निकलकर अपनी जिम्मेदारी अच्छे से संभालें। मैंने कभी ना किसी को फंसाया है और न किसी को बचाया है।
