_बिहार राज्य मानवाधिकार आयोग में 7 अगस्त को होगी अगली सुनवाई!_

_मानवाधिकार अधिवक्ता एस.के.झा ने आयोग में दायर की थी याचिका!_

मुजफ्फरपुर – जिले के श्री कृष्ण मेडिकल कॉलेज एवं अस्पताल परिसर में नवजात शिशु को कुत्ते द्वारा खाये जाने के मामले में बिहार राज्य मानवाधिकार आयोग ने जिलाधिकारी और सिविल सर्जन को नोटिस जारी किया है।

विदित हो कि विगत 15 जनवरी को श्री कृष्ण मेडिकल कॉलेज एवं अस्पताल परिसर में एक नवजात शिशु को एक कुत्ता द्वारा नोच-नोचकर खाया जा रहा था। कुत्ता घंटों शव को नोचता रहा, लेकिन अस्पताल प्रबंधन या पुलिस की ओर से कोई पहल नहीं हुई। यहाँ तक कि अस्पताल के गार्ड भी तमाशबीन बने रहे। तब मानवाधिकार अधिवक्ता एस.के.झा ने बिहार राज्य मानवाधिकार आयोग व राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग में मामले के सम्बंध में याचिका दायर की थी और मामले की गंभीरतापूर्वक जाँच करते हुए दोषियों पर कठोर-से-कठोर कार्रवाई की माँग की थी।

अब मामले में बिहार राज्य मानवाधिकार आयोग ने सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए जिले के जिलाधिकारी और सिविल सर्जन को नोटिस जारी किया है और दोनों से 8 सप्ताह के अंदर प्रतिवेदन की माँग की है। मामले की अगली सुनवाई 7 अगस्त को पटना में होगी।

मामले के सम्बन्ध में मानवाधिकार अधिवक्ता एस.के.झा ने बताया कि एस.के.एम.सी.एच. प्रशासन की लापरवाही के कारण ही ऐसी घटना घटित हुई। ऐसी घटनाये हमारी समुची स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था पर सवालिया निशान खड़ा कर रही है। मामले की गंभीरतापूर्वक जाँच करने व दोषियों पर कठोर – से – कठोर कार्रवाई करने की नितांत आवश्यकता है।
