औरंगाबाद, शांतिपूर्ण चुनाव कराने औरंगाबाद पहुंचे सीआरपीएफ के जवानों ने बुधवार शाम नगर थाना क्षेत्र के योद्धा बिगहा में अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश-12 डॉ. दिनेश कुमार प्रधान के साथ न सिर्फ बदसलूकी की बल्कि उन्हें गोली मारने के लिए सड़क से आवास तक पीछा किया। जज साहब को खदेड़ते हुए बोला कि जज बनता है, बहस करता है, पकड़ के गोली मार दो। इतना सुनते ही जज साहब भागने लगे और किसी तरह भागकर अपनी बचाई। उन्होंने इस संबंध में जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, डीएम, एसपी, डीएसपी मुख्यालय एवं नगर थानाध्यक्ष को कार्रवाई के लिए पत्र लिखा है। थानाध्यक्ष से मामले में प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने का आग्रह किया है।
जज बोले-रोड किनारे खड़ा था, बिफर गए जवान
अधिकारियों को लिखे पत्र में एडीजे डॉ. प्रधान ने कहा है कि मैं शाम को करीब 6.30 बजे अपने आवास के पास सड़क पर टहल रहे थे। इसी बीच नगर थाना पुलिस के अधिकारी के साथ सीआरपीएफ के जवान इसी रास्ते जाने लगे। मैंने जवानों को देखते ही सड़क किनारे खड़ा हो गया। कुछ जवान आगे बढ़े, तभी एक जवान ने हमसे पूछा कि यहां क्या कर रहा है तू, देखता नहीं पुलिस आ रही है। मैंने कहा कि मैं तो किनारे खड़ा हूं, इतने जवानों ने गाली देते हुए कहा कि मारो, बहस करता है। मैंने अपना परिचय देते हुए समझाने का प्रयास किया तो बोला कि जज बनता है, पकड़ के गोली मार दो। एक जवान ने मारने के लिए लाठी ताना तो मैं भागने लगा। 15 से 20 जवान मेरा पीछा करते हुए आवास तक पहुंच गए।
ऊपर वाले ने बचा लिया, नहीं हो जाता भीड़ का शिकार
आवास में रहे गार्ड से जवानों ने पूछा कि कौन था, उसे बाहर निकालो, नहीं तो पूरा अपार्टमेंट जांच करेंगे। कुछ देर तक जवान अपार्टमेंट के नीचे जमे रहे। एयरफोर्स में जूनियर वारंट अधिकारी रहे डॉ. प्रधान की मानें तो उन्हें ऊपर वाले ने बचा लिया, वर्ना उन्मादी भीड़ का शिकार हो जाते। बताया जाता है कि आवास के आसपास की वारदात सीसीटीवी कैमरे में कैद हुई जिससे यह साफ हो जाएगा कि कौन जवान पीछा कर रहे थे। इस घटना के बाद से वे दहशत में हैं। नगर थानाध्यक्ष अंजनी कुमार ने बताया कि केंद्रीय अर्द्धसैनिक बल के जवानों के साथ एडीजे साहब का कुछ मामला हुआ था। शिकायत पर मैंने जांच किया था। अभी तक हमें लिखित शिकायत नहीं मिली है। शिकायत मिलने पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। जज साहब एवं जवानों के बीच आपस में तू-तू मैं-मैं हुई थी। शिकायत के बाद मामले को सुलझा लिया गया है। पुलिस मामले में जांच कर रही है। सुधीर कुमार पोरिका, एसपी, औरंगाबाद।
