पटना, 17 अगस्त: बिहार में कानून मंत्री कार्तिकेय सिंह को लेकर जारी वारंट पर मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार का बयान सामने आया है। नीतीश कुमार ने इस बारे में कुछ जानकारी होने से इनकार किया है। बता दें, इससे पहले बीजेपी सांसद सुशील मोदी ने इस मामले में कहा था कि बिहार के कानून मंत्री पर 2014 में अपहरण का मामला दर्ज है, जिसको उन्होंने अपने हलफनामे में भी स्वीकार किया है। उसी मामले में इनको 16 अगस्त को आत्मसमर्पण करना था, लेकिन वे शपथ लेने चले गए। यह सब मुख्यमंत्री की जानकारी में था। सीएम नीतीश कुमार ने कहा, ”मुझे इस बारे में कुछ भी जानकारी नहीं है।” मास्टर साहब के नाम से मशहूर कार्तिकेय सिंह बाहुबली अनंत सिंह के करीबी माने जाते हैं।
क्या है पूरा मामला ?
बिहार के कानून मंत्री कार्तिकेय सिंह के खिलाफ अपहरण के एक मामले में वारंट जारी हुआ था। उन्हें 16 अगस्त को कोर्ट में सरेंडर करना था, लेकिन वह कोर्ट नहीं पहुंचे। उन्होंने उसी दिन कानून मंत्री की शपथ ली। हालांकि, कार्तिकेय सिंह और उनके वकील का दावा है कि इस मामले में उन्हें कोर्ट से अग्रिम जमानत मिल गई है।

कार्तिकेय सिंह ने इस मामले पर कहा कि हलफनामे में सब दिया हुआ है। उसमें कोई इस तरह की बात नहीं है। वहीं, नीतीश कुमार से जब इस बारे में सवाल पूछा गया तो उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें इस मामले में कोई जानाकरी नहीं है। बता दें, साल 2014 में राजीव रंजन का अपहरण हुआ था। कोर्ट ने इस मामले में संज्ञान लिया था और कार्तिकेय सिंह को आरोपी बनाया गया था।
