जिला पदाधिकारी सुब्रत कुमार सेन के कुशल नेतृत्व एवं निर्देशन में जिले के गरीब लोगों को आयुष्मान कार्ड से आच्छादित करने में उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धि हासिल की है। ज्ञातव्य हो कि आयुष्मान भारत -प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना के क्रियान्वयन में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन के लिए आज स्वास्थ्य मंत्री मंगल पांडे द्वारा पटना के ज्ञान भवन में जिलाधिकारी मुजफ्फरपुर सुब्रत कुमार सेन को सम्मानित किया गया। इस सम्मान को जिलाधिकारी ने जिले के तमाम अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों तथा जिलावासियों को समर्पित किया और सबों के योगदान की सराहना की। साथ ही उन्होंने सभी से पुनः दोगुने उत्साह से कार्य करने तथा उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धि हासिल करने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
मुजफ्फरपुर जिला में अब तक 18,20,346 कार्ड बनाए गए हैं। जिलाधिकारी ने विशेषकर जनप्रतिनिधियों से छूटे हुए गरीब लोगों को प्रेरित करने एवं अधिकाधिक गरीबों को आयुष्मान कार्ड से आच्छादित कराने की अपील की।
ज्ञात हो की जिला में 23 सितंबर से 25 सितंबर तक पंचायत के वसुधा केंद्र पर आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाए जाएंगे। इस अभियान के तहत 52529 कार्ड बनाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित है। इसके लिए पात्र लाभुक आधार कार्ड/राशन कार्ड लेकर वसुधा केन्द्र जाएं एवं नि:शुल्क रूप से कार्ड बनवाएं। आयुष्मान कार्ड बनवाने पर प्रतिवर्ष प्रति परिवार ₹500000 तक निशुल्क इलाज प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
विशेष अभियान को सफल बनाने के लिए जिलाधिकारी ने सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को अपने-अपने प्रखंड में नोडल पदाधिकारी नामित किया है । उन्हें जनप्रतिनिधियों तथा बाल विकास परियोजना पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक जीविका, प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी आदि के साथ बैठक कर इस अभियान को सफल बनाने तथा लक्ष्य के अनुरूप शत प्रतिशत उपलब्धि हासिल करने का निर्देश दिया है। इस कार्य की सतत एवं प्रभावी मॉनिटरिंग करने का निर्देश अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी पूर्वी एवं पश्चिमी तथा सिविल सर्जन को दिया गया है।
