मुजफ्फरपुर, राजकीय पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज मुजफ्फरपुर के प्राचार्य और उनकी पत्नी समेत चार लोगो के खिलाफ मंगलवार कों मुजफ्फरपुर निगरानी कोर्ट मे परिवाद दर्ज किया गया है. ये परिवाद कॉलेज के ही पूर्ववर्ती छात्र प्रीतम राज ने जुर्म दफा 147, 148, 323, 420, 406, 409/34 एवं 7, 9 भ्रष्टाचार आय से अधिक अधिनियम के तहत दर्ज करवाया है।
कॉलेज के पूर्वव्रती छात्र प्रीतम राज के अनुसार सरकारी राशि से कॉलेज के प्राचार्य अपने घर की बिजली बिल जमा करते है. साथ ही और भी कई तरह आपत्तिजनक कार्य करके आय से अधिक संपत्ति जमा किये है. जिसके विरुद्ध उन्होंने न्यायालय उत्तर बिहार निगरानी सह न्यायालय उत्तर बिहार ए. डी. जे. तृतीय मुजफ्फरपुर मे पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज के प्राचार्य डॉ कमलेश कुमार सिंह, उनकी पत्नी- सविता देवी, संविदा लिपिक – प्रतिमा कुमारी और डाटा ऑपरेटर लक्ष्मण राय के विरुद्ध परिवाद दर्ज करवाया है.
वही उनके अधिवक्ता अरविन्द कुमार सिंह ने बताया की कॉलेज के प्राचार्य ने सरकारी पद और सरकारी राशि का दुरुपयोग करते हुए आय से अधिक संपत्ति अर्जित की है। जिसकी जानकारी उनके क्लाइंट ने आरटीआई के तहत सूचना प्राप्त करके ली थी. जिसमे ये जानकारी निकल के बाहर आई की कॉलेज के प्राचार्य द्वारा सरकारी राशि का दुरुपयोग कर आय से अधिक संपत्ति अर्जित की गई है। जिसके बाद उनके परिवादी ने आज परिवाद दर्ज कराया है।
