बिहार के असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर ललन कुमार ने दो साल 9 महीने की सैलरी में मिले 23 लाख रुपये कॉलेज प्रशासन को लौटाने की पेशकश की थी, जिससे वह काफी चर्चा में आ गए थे. उन्होंने दलील थी कि कॉलेज में छात्र पढ़ने ही नहीं आते, इसलिए वह सैलरी लेने के हकदार नहीं है. मगर अब प्रोफेसर ललन कुमार बयान से पलट गए हैं. उनका कहना है कि ट्रांसफर न होने से दुखी होकर नाराजगी में ऐसा बयान दिया था. कॉलेज में छात्रों की अनुपस्थिति की बात भी गलत है. हैरानी की बात यह है कि 23 लाख का चेक काटने वाले ललन कुमार के बैंक अकाउंट में एक हजार से भी कम बैलेंस है.
ललन कुमार बाबा साहब भीमराव आंबेडकर बिहार यूनिवर्सिटी के नीतीश्वर सिंह कॉलेज में कार्यरत हैं. कहा जा रहा था कि प्रोफेसर एमए के छात्रों को पढ़ाना चाहते हैं, लेकिन छात्र आते ही नहीं, उनकी पढ़ाई बेकार जा रही है. असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर ललन कुमार ने छात्र नहीं आने को लेकर मंगलवार को विश्वविद्यालय के कुल सचिव को आवेदन के साथ-साथ दो साल 9 महीने के वेतन की राशि करीब 23 लाख का चेक दिया था, जिसकी काफी चर्चा हो रही थी. उन्होंने कुल सचिव और प्राचार्य को लिखित आवेदन दिया है, जिसमें स्पष्ट लिखा है कि 6 बार आवेदन दिया था, लेकिन अब तक उस पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई, इसलिए दुखी था.
‘भावनाओं को नियंत्रित नहीं कर सका’
आवेदन में लिखा है कि कुछ निर्णय करने की स्थिति में नहीं था. भावनाओं को नियंत्रित नहीं कर सका और भावावेश में आकर आवेदन के साथ अपने समूचे वेतन की राशि का चेक प्रस्तुत किया. वरिष्ठ लोगों द्वारा समझाने पर समझ में आ गया कि मुझे ऐसा नहीं करना चाहिए था.
कॉलेज प्रबंधन अब सख्त
नीतीश्वर कॉलेज के प्राचार्य डॉक्टर मनोज कुमार ने कहा कि कॉलेज में छात्र नहीं आने की बात बिलकुल गलत है. उन्होंने ट्रांसफर को लेकर इस तरह की बात कही है, लिखित रूप से स्वीकार किया है. अब विश्वविद्यालय अपने स्तर से मामले को देख रहा है. इस तरह का कार्य सही नहीं है. वहीं उस कॉलेज के हिंदी पढ़ने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं ने भी बताया कि रेगुलर हिंदी की पढ़ाई होती है. ऑनलाइन क्लास तो वो खुद कराते थे. पता नहीं ऐसा उन्होंने क्यों कहा.
वहीं उसी कॉलेज के हिंदी के ही गेस्ट टीचर डॉक्टर अविनाश ने बताया कि छात्र नहीं आते हैं, यह बिलकुल गलत है. उन्होंने ऐसा क्यों लिखा, समझ में नहीं आ रहा. बहरहाल छात्र नहीं आने को लेकर वेतन लौटाने का चेक देने वाले प्रोफेसर ने ट्रांसफर नहीं होने से नाराजगी की बात कही है. 23 लाख रुपये का चेक काटने वाले ललन कुमार के बैंक खाते में एक हजार से भी कम बैलेंस है.
