मुजफ्फरपुर, रामदयालु सिंह महाविद्यालय के मनोविज्ञान विभाग द्वारा “माइंडफुलनेस बेस्ड कौगनिटिव थेरेपी रिड्युसिंग स्ट्रेस एंड प्रोमोटिंग वेलबियिंग” पर राष्ट्रीय सेमिनार का आयोजन किया गया।
इस अवसर पर सेमिनार के मुख्य अतिथि विश्वविद्यालय मनोविज्ञान विभाग के विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ रजनीश कुमार गुप्ता ने अपने व्याख्यान में बताया कि परिस्थितियों का नकारात्मक मूल्यांकन, विवेचना और विश्लेषण और हमारी नकारात्मक प्रवृत्तियां हमारे तनाव का मूल कारण है। आवश्यकता है कि हम सचेतन और सजग होकर इन नकारात्मकताओं का प्रभावी मूल्यांकन करें और उसी अनुरूप प्रतिक्रिया करें।
सेमिनार की मुख्य वक्ता डॉ देवाश्रुति घोष ने तनाव का निराकरण और एक संपूर्ण स्वास्थ्य की प्राप्ति संज्ञानात्मक चिकित्सा की विभिन्न तकनीकों जैसे योग एवं माइंडफूल ध्यान ,सांस लेने के व्यवस्थित तौर-तरीकों ,माइंडफुल ईटिंग के द्वारा आसानी से की जा सकती है। सेमिनार में आगत अतिथियों का स्वागत करते हुए एवं विषय-प्रवेश कराते हुए विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ राजीव कुमार ने बताया कि आधुनिक परिवेश में तनाव मानवीय जीवन का एक दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण अंग बनता जा रहा है और हमारे स्वास्थ्य पर प्रतिकुल प्रभाव डाल रहा है।
कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता करते हुए प्राचार्य डॉ अनिता सिंह ने बताया कि तनाव हमारे संपूर्ण स्वास्थ्य को बुरी तरह प्रभावित करता है। धन्यवाद ज्ञापन डॉ संजय कुमार चौधरी ने किया और मंच संचालन डॉ तुलिका सिंह ने किया। इस मौके पर डॉ नीलिमा झा, डॉ राजेश कुमार, डॉ रजनीकांत, डॉ सोरभ राज, डॉ आनंद प्रकाश डॉ ललित किशोर, डॉ सारिका, डॉ श्रुति, डॉ मीनु, निधि एवं छात्र -छात्राओं की उपस्थित रही।
