मुजफ्फरपुर जिले के काजी मोहम्मदपुर थाना से महज 50 मीटर की दूरी पर पुलिस टीम के सामने ही शनिवार की दोपहर बेखौफ लुटेरों ने आभूषण दुकान में लूट की वारदात को अंजाम दे डाला। बाइक सवार दो लुटेरों ने छाता चौक-कटहीपुल रोड के बीच आभूषण दुकान से तीन लाख रुपये के जेवर लूट लिए। दुकान के सेल्समैन ने बाइक पीछे से पकड़ ली, लेकिन लुटेरों ने रफ्तार बढ़ा दी। इससे सेल्समैन करीब 20 मीटर तक घिसटाता रहा।
लुटेरों थाने के सामने से फरार हो गए। पुलिस मौके पर खड़ी रह गई। सेल्समैन मिठनपुरा थाना के मालीघाट स्थित चूनाभट्टी गली तीन निवासी सिद्धार्थ राज उर्फ चिंटू जख्मी हो गया है। स्थानीय निजी अस्पताल में उसका इलाज कराया गया। दुकान चूनाभट्टी के ही विकास कुमार की है। दुकान मालिक ने काजी मोहम्मदपुर थाने में दो अज्ञात के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज कराई है। दुकान के सीसीटीवी कैमरे में कैद दोनों लुटेरे की तस्वीर भी पुलिस को सौंपी है। दोनों लुटेरे 30 से 35 वर्ष और साधारण कदकाठी के थे। हिन्दी बोल रहे थे। इधर, पुलिस सेल्समैन पर ही साठगांठ की आशंका जता रही है। नगर डीएसपी रामनरेश पासवान ने बताया कि जांच की जा रही है। मामला संदेहास्पद दिख रहा है। आगे की कार्रवाई के लिए थानेदार को निर्देश दिया गया है।

ग्राहक बनकर पहुंचा था एक लुटेरा
जख्मी सेल्समैन ने पुलिस को बताया कि दिन के साढ़े 11 बजे एक युवक दुकान आया। चांदी के जंतर की डिमांड की। उसका दाम पूछा। दो सौ रुपये में उसने खरीदा भी। इसके बाद उसने पत्नी के लिए सोने का गिफ्ट आइटम दिखाने के लिए कहा। इसपर सेल्समैन ने सोने का टॉप दिखाया। इसपर उसने और अधिक वजन का दिखाने के लिए कहा। सेल्समैन ने कई तरह के कान के आइटम दिखाए, लेकिन उसे पसंद नहीं आया। इसके बाद सेल्समैन ने दुकान मालिक विकास कुमार को कॉल किया। 15-20 मिनट रुकने के लिए कहा।
काउंटर से झुमका की लड़ी उठाकर भागा
दुकान मालिक का इंतजार करने के क्रम में ही उस युवक ने सेल्समैन से काउंटर में रखा झुमका देखने के लिए मांगा। सेल्समैन ने उसे दिखाया भी। इसक्रम में युवक ने काउंटर में हाथ डाल दिया। उसके मना करने पर भी वह नहीं माना। इसबीच एक और युवक दुकान पर पहुंच गया। इसके बाद दुकान पर पहले से मौजूद युवक काउंटर से 12 जोड़ा झुमका की लड़ी उठाकर भागने लगा। इसे देखकर सेल्समैन भी तेजी से बाहर निकाला। बाइक पर बैठने के दौरान एक युवक को पीछे से पकड़ा, लेकिन तेज रफ्तार के कारण घिसटाने लगा। इसमें जख्मी हो गया।
