_हत्या या मौत, सस्पेंस बरकरार!_

मोतिहारी – रक्सौल रेलवे स्टेशन पर सवारी गाड़ी के शौचालय में मिली लाश के मामले में राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग ने एसपी मोतिहारी को जाँच की जिम्मेदारी दी है तथा आठ सप्ताह में मामले में कार्रवाई करते हुए याचिकाकर्ता को, की गई कार्रवाई की सूचना देने का निर्देश दिया है। विदित हो कि पूर्वी चम्पारण जिले के पिपरा थाना अंतर्गत चकबारा बखरी निवासी पूनम कुमारी ने मानवाधिकार अधिवक्ता एस.के.झा के माध्यम से राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग में याचिका दायर की थी।

याचिकाकर्ता पूनम कुमारी ने बताया कि नवंबर 2023 में मेरे पिताजी की हत्या कर दी गई, लेकिन रेल थाना रक्सौल के द्वारा हमें काफी परेशान किया जा रहा है और एफ.आई.आर. दर्ज नहीं किया जा रहा है। हत्या के 8 माह बाद भी रेल थाना, रक्सौल के द्वारा मेरे आवेदन के आलोक में प्राथमिकी दर्ज नहीं की गई है। इसकी जानकारी मेरे द्वारा वरीय अधिकारियों को भी दी जा चुकी है, लेकिन अबतक रेल थाना रक्सौल के थानाध्यक्ष द्वारा मामले को दबाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।

विदित हो कि पूनम के पिता स्वर्गीय मदन कुमार प्रसाद विगत वर्ष 25 नवंबर को पूनम को मुजफ्फरपुर रेलवे स्टेशन छोड़कर उसी दिन शाम 6 बजे की ट्रेन से घर के लिए रवाना हुए लेकिन घर नहीं पहुँचे। 26 नवंबर को रात्रि करीब 9 बजे घर वालों को सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से जानकारी मिली कि मदन कुमार प्रसाद का शव रक्सौल रेल पुलिस के कब्जे में है। परिजनों की माने तो रक्सौल रेल पुलिस द्वारा परिजनों से सादे कागजो पर हस्ताक्षर कराया गया, साथ-ही-साथ पोस्टमार्टम के नाम पर पैसे की उगाही भी की गई।

मदन कुमार प्रसाद के पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में सिर पर ‘ब्लन्ट ऑब्जेक्ट’ से प्रहार के कारण मौत होना बताया गया है। वही मामले के सम्बन्ध में मानवाधिकार मामलों के अधिवक्ता एस. के. झा ने बताया कि इस पूरे मामले को रक्सौल रेल पुलिस दबाने का प्रयास कर रही है, जबकि इस मामले में अविलम्ब प्राथमिकी दर्ज करते हुए जाँच होनी चाहिए थी, लेकिन रक्सौल पुलिस के द्वारा प्राथमिकी दर्ज नहीं किया जाना संदेह को उत्पन्न करता है। उन्होंने अविलम्ब प्राथमिकी दर्ज करते हुए जाँच की माँग की है।
