बिहार में कोरोना के बढ़ते संक्रमण के मद्देनजर मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने शुक्रवार को उच्च स्तरीय बैठक की। इसमें फैसला लिया गया कि प्रदेश की सभी दुकानें अब शाम को 7 बजे तक ही खुल सकेंगी। 30 अप्रैल तक सभी धार्मिक स्थल आम लोगों के लिए बंद रहेंगे। इसके अलावा 18 अप्रैल तक स्कूल-कॉलेज सहित शिक्षण संस्थान बंद रहेंगे। इसकी जानकारी मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के जरिए दी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा, ‘कोविड-19 की वर्तमान स्थिति को देखते हुए जो लोग बिहार वापस लौट रहे हैं, उनके लिए व्यवस्था की जा रही है। महाराष्ट्र से आने वाली ट्रेनों के यात्रियों का रेलवे स्टेशनों पर कोरोना टेस्ट किया जाएगा। स्कूल कॉलेज को 11 अप्रैल तक बंद रखने के आदेश को एक और हफ्ते के लिए बढ़ा दिया गया है।’
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मैं मैं सभी आयु वर्ग के पत्रकारों के टीकाकरण के पक्ष में हूं। वे समाचारों को कवर करने के लिए हर जगह जाते हैं और उन्हें फ्रंटलाइन कार्यकर्ताओं में शामिल करना चाहिए। नीतीश ने बताया कि 30 अप्रैल तक सभी धार्मिक स्थल आम लोगों के लिए बंद रहेंगे।
वहीं बिहार आपदा प्रबंधन के प्रधान सचिव प्रत्यय अमृत ने कहा, ‘सभी दुकानों को शाम 7 बजे तक खोलने की अनुमति है। रेस्तरां, ढाबा और होटल को इसमें छूट दी गई है और इनमें केवल 25% बैठने की क्षमता का ही इस्तेमाल होगा। सिनेमा हॉल, सार्वजनिक परिवहन 50% क्षमता का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। आवश्यक सेवाओं को छूट दी गई है।’
मास्क और सैनिटाइजर का उपयोग जरूरी
सभी दुकानों, प्रतिष्ठान में मास्क लगाना और सैनिटाइजर का उपयोग जरूरी होगा। लोगों को सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करना होगा। कोरोना जांच और वैक्सीनेशन को बढ़ाया जाएगा। रोजाना एक लाख लोगों का टेस्ट किया जाएगा। महाराष्ट्र से आने वाले यात्रियों पर विशेष नजर रखी जाएगी।
