पटना: बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने कहा कि उनकी सरकार युद्धग्रस्त यूक्रेन से निकालकर भारत लाए जाने वाले राज्य के लोगों की यात्रा का खर्च उठाएगी। इन लोगों के शनिवार को भारत पहुंचने की उम्मीद है।
कुमार ने शुक्रवार देर रात को इस संबंध में घोषणा की। उन्होंने यूक्रेन में फंसे भारतीयों को वापस लाने के लिए विशेष उड़ानों की व्यवस्था करने पर केंद्र का आभार जताया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उन्हें मालूम चला है कि ऐसी प्रत्येक उड़ान दिल्ली और मुंबई पहुंचेगी तथा राज्य सरकार बिहार के लोगों की यात्रा का खर्च वहन करेगी। राज्य के विभिन्न हिस्सों से खबरें आ रही हैं कि माता-पिता यूक्रेन से अपने बच्चों की वापसी का बेसब्री से इंतजार कर रहे हैं।
पूर्वी चंपारण जिले में केसरिया की निवासी सुमित्रा कुमारी यादव ने कहा, ”मेरे दो बच्चे यूक्रेन के अलग-अलग शहरों में चिकित्सा की पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं। अभी तक दोनों सुरक्षित हैं लेकिन स्थिति गंभीर है।”
यादव कांग्रेस की स्थानीय नेता भी हैं। उन्होंने कहा, ”मेरा बेटा खारकीव में तृतीय वर्ष का छात्र है। स्थानीय सरकार की सलाह पर वह बंकरों में रहने चला गया है। लेकिन चौथे वर्ष की छात्रा मेरी बेटी ओदेसा में अपने हॉस्टल में रह रही है। उसने मुझे बताया कि उसके कॉलेज की सभी भारतीय छात्राओं ने यह फैसला लिया है।”
उन्होंने कहा, ”मेरे बेटे ने बताया कि उसके कॉलेज पर बम गिराया गया। मेरे बेटी ने कहा कि महिला होने के कारण बंकरों में रहना उसके लिए ज्यादा असुरक्षित है। मैं उम्मीद करती हूं कि उन्हें जल्द से जल्द वापस लाया जाएगा।”
पूर्वी चंपारण के चकिया इलाके में आभूषण का कारोबार करने वाले अशोक कुमार की भी यही स्थिति है। उन्होंने कहा, ”मेरा बेटा कुंज बिहारी लीव में फंस गया है। मुझे पता चला है कि वह लौट रहा है। यात्रा कठिन है लेकिन एक बड़ी राहत है।”
कुमार ने यह भी बताया कि उनके बेटे को भारत सरकार द्वारा भेजे एक विशेष विमान से वारसॉ से लाया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा, ”लेकिन उसके तथा अन्य छात्रों के लिए सबसे बड़ी चुनौती यूक्रेन से बाहर निकलना होगी। पोलैंड की सीमा कई किलोमीटर दूर है और उन्हें पैदल यह दूरी तय करनी होगी। मैं उम्मीद करता हूं कि सब ठीक रहे।”
