पटना. बिहार के लोगों को अनलॉक 4 में बड़ी राहत मिली है. नीतीश सरकार ने अनलॉक 4 के तहत स्कूल-कॉलेज समेत अन्य संस्थानों को भी खोलने का निर्णय लिया है. सोमवार को अनलॉक 4 के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए खुद सीएम नीतीश कुमार (Nitish Kumar) ने ट्वीट किया. इस ट्वीट में उन्होंने लिखा कि कोरोना की समीक्षा के बाद सरकारी गैर सरकारी कार्यालयों को सामान्य रूप से खोलने का निर्णय लिया गया हैय हालांकि इन ऑफिसों में केवल वैक्सीनेटेड लोग ही प्रवेश पा सकेंगे.
बिहार सरकार ने महत्वपूर्ण फैसला लेते हुए 11वीं और 12वीं तक के स्कूल समेत कॉलेज, टेक्निकल इंस्टीट्यूट, सरकारी प्रशिक्षण संस्थान को 50 फ़ीसदी छात्रों की उपस्थिति के साथ खोलने का निर्णय लिया है.
इसके अलावा रेस्टोरेंट और खाने की दुकान को भी खोलने की इजाजत देते हुए बिहार सरकार ने बड़ी छूट दी है. हालांकि रेस्टोरेंट्स और खाने की दुकान में दुकान की कुल क्षमता के 50 फ़ीसदी लोग ही बैठकर भोजन का आनंद ले सकेंगे.
इससे पहले सोमवार को कोरोना महामारी की रोकथाम को लेकर हुई अहम बैठक में सीएम नीतीश कुमार समेत राज्य सरकार के कई मंत्री और पदाधिकारी शामिल हुए. पदाधिकारियों के साथ विचार-विमर्श करने के बाद अनलॉक- 4 के नियम कानून को लागू करने का निर्णय लिया गया. अनलॉक 4 में भी पहले की तरह दुकानों को अल्टरनेट डे खोलने का आदेश दिया गया है. दुकानें शाम 7 बजे तक खुली रहेंगी. अनलॉक 4 के दौरान भी रात में नाईट कर्फ्यू 9 बजे से लागू रहेगा. बिहार में अनलॉक-4 के नए नियम कानून अगले एक महीने के 7 जुलाई से लागू होंगे.
