बिहार में कोरोना टीकाकरण अब सप्ताह में चार दिन ही होगा, जबकि दो दिन नियमित टीकाकरण किया जाएगा। वहीं, रविवार को अब विशेष परिस्थिति में ही टीकाकरण होगा। इस नए आदेश का असर रविवार को राज्यभर में हुए टीकाकरण पर दिखाई दिया। आठ जिलों में टीकाकरण नहीं हुआ, जबकि पांच जिलों में 100 से भी कम टीके लगे। टीकाकरण के काम में लगे हजारों लोगों को भी इस नए आदेश से राहत मिलेगी। हालांकि अगले छह महीने में छह करोड़ लोगों को टीका देने का लक्ष्य पाने के लिए अब राज्य में टीकाकरण की रफ्तार और तेज करनी होगी।
राज्य में अब सोमवार, मंगलवार, गुरुवार और शनिवार को ही टीकाकरण किया जाएगा। जिलों से मिली जानकारी और स्वास्थ्य विभाग के सूत्रों की मानें तो राज्य स्वास्थ्य समिति के इस नए आदेश पर कई जिलों ने रविवार से ही अमल भी शुरू कर दिया। हालांकि कई जिलों में टीके की भी कमी रही। अरवल, लखीसराय, मधेपुरा, भोजपुर, गोपालगंज, बेगूसराय, पश्चिम चंपारण और सीवान में एक भी टीका नहीं लगा, जबकि अररिया में 10, वैशाली में 16, कैमूर में 32, समस्तीपुर में 70 और जहानाबाद में सिर्फ 96 लोगों को टीके लगे।
अब 5.70 लाख के औसत से रोज करना होगा टीकाकरण
राज्य सरकार ने 21 जून से टीकाकरण का महाभियान शुरू किया था, जबकि केंद्र ने एक जुलाई से महाभियान शुरू किया है। बिहार में अगले छह माह में छह करोड़ लोगों को टीका देने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। इस लक्ष्य को पाने के लिए पहले 3.30 लाख प्रतिदिन के औसत से टीकाकरण किया जाना था। मगर सप्ताह में चार दिन टीकाकरण होने की स्थिति में इस लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति के लिए करीब 5.70 लाख टीके रोज लगाने होंगे। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने भी शनिवार को स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान राज्य में टीकाकरण की रफ्तार बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिये थे।
1.72 करोड़ को लग चुका है टीका
राज्य में रविवार रात नौ बजे तक जारी आंकड़ों के हिसाब से एक करोड़ 72 लाख 44 हजार 922 लोगों को टीका लग चुके थे। इनमें टीके की पहली डोज लेने वालों की संख्या एक करोड़ 48 लाख 26 हजार 177 और दूसरी डोज लेने वालों की संख्या 24 लाख 18 हजार 745 है।
16 जनवरी से शुरू हुआ था टीकाकरण
देश के साथ ही बिहार में भी कोरोना टीकाकरण की शुरुआत इस साल 16 जनवरी से हुई थी। सबसे पहले हेल्थ वर्करों और फिर फ्रंटलाइन वर्करों का टीकाकरण किया गया। मार्च में इसमें 60 साल से ऊपर आयु वाले और गंभीर बीमारी वाले 45 साल से ज्यादा आयु वालों को भी शामिल कर किया गया था। फिर 45 से 59 साल वाले इस अभियान का हिस्सा बने। नौ मई से 18 पार वालों की टीकाकरण भी राज्य में हो रहा है।
बुधवार-शुक्रवार को होगा नियमित टीकाकरण
स्वास्थ्य विभाग का पूरा फोकस कोरोना टीकाकरण पर होने के चलते राज्य में नियमित टीकाकरण प्रभावित हो रहा था। ऐसा ना हो, इसके लिए सप्ताह में दो दिन बुधवार और शुक्रवार को सभी स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों पर नियमित टीकाकरण का निर्णय लिया गया है।
हजारों स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को मिलेगी राहत
राज्य में हजारों स्वास्थ्य कर्मी 16 जनवरी से लगातार टीकाकरण के काम में लगे हैं। इस दौरान उन्हें एक भी दिन का अवकाश नहीं मिला। आपके अपने अखबार हिन्दुस्तान ने भी इस मसले को उठाया था। नए आदेश से उन्हें खासी राहत मिलेगी।
