दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में आज चिराग पासवान की अर्जी पर सुनवाई होगी. यह सुनवाई लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (एलजेपी) पर कब्जे को लेकर होगी. चिराग पासवान ने हाई कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल कर लोकसभा अध्यक्ष के उस फैसले को चुनौती दी है जिसमें उनके चाचा पशुपति पारस की अगुवाई वाले गुट को सदन में एलजेपी के तौर पर मान्यता दी गई है. शुक्रवार हो दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में जस्टिस रेखा पल्ली की बेंच इस मामले में सुनवाई करेगी.
दरअसल केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल विस्तार में एलजेपी के सांसद पशुपति पारस को मंत्री बनाए जाने और उससे पहले लोकसभा में एलजेपी संसदीय दल के नेता बनाने के दोहरे झटके से तिलमिलाए चिराग पासवान ने दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है.
चिराग पासवान ने पार्टी संविधान की दुहाई देते हुए धोखाधड़ी का आरोप लगाया है. चिराग ने कहा कि पार्टी विरोधी और शीर्ष नेतृत्व को धोखा देने के कारण लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी से पशुपति कुमार पारस को पहले ही पार्टी से निष्काषित किया जा चुका है और अब उन्हें केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल में शामिल करने पर पार्टी कड़ा ऐतराज दर्ज कराती है.
चिराग ने हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल करने के बाद कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री (नरेंद्र मोदी) जी के इस अधिकार का पूर्ण सम्मान है कि वे अपनी टीम में किसे शामिल करते हैं और किसे नहीं. लेकिन जहां तक एलजेपी का सवाल है तो पशुपति पारस हमारे दल के सदस्य नहीं हैं. पार्टी को तोड़ने जैसे कार्यों को देखते हुए उन्हें मंत्री और उनके गुट से बनाया जाए तो LJP का कोई लेना देना नहीं है.
लोकसभा अध्यक्ष के द्वारा पार्टी से निकाले गए सांसदों में से पशुपति पारस को नेता सदन मानने के बाद लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी ने माननीय लोकसभा अध्यक्ष के समक्ष उनके फैसले पर पुनर्विचार याचिका दी थी जो अभी भी विचाराधीन है.
