मुजफ्फरपुर, राज्य में 25 नवंबर से पांच दिसंबर तक पैक्स चुनाव कराये जाएंगे. यह पांच चरणों में होगा. सरकार द्वारा पूर्व से लागू आरक्षण व्यवस्था का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित होगा. चुनाव बैलेट पेपर से कराए जाएंगे. 15 नवंबर को पैक्स चुनाव संबंधी अधिसूचना जारी होगी. विभिन्न पर्व-त्योहारों के अवकाश को देखते हुए बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन प्राधिकार की ओर से पैक्स चुनाव संबंधी कार्यक्रम तय किया गया है.
प्राधिकार ने राज्य में 6819 पैक्सों में शांतिपूर्ण और निष्पक्ष चुनाव की प्रक्रिया संपन्न कराने हेतु सारी तैयारियां अभी से सुनिश्चित करने का दिशा-निर्देश सभी जिलाधिकारी, उप विकास आयुक्त और जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी को दिया है.
पैक्स चुनाव-2024 की तैयारियों को लेकर बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन प्राधिकार द्वारा बुधवार को राज्यस्तरीय बैठक की गई. जिसमें सभी डीडीसी और डीसीओ को अलर्ट मोड में सारी तैयारियां पूरी करने का निर्देश दिया गया. बैठक को मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी गिरिश शंकर और सहकारिता विभाग के सचिव धर्मेन्द्र सिंह तथा डीआइजी, हेडक्वार्टर विवेक कुमार ने संबोधित किया.
मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी गिरिश शंकर ने बताया कि पांच वर्ष पहले 2019 के दिसंबर में राज्य में पैक्स चुनाव कराए गए थे. तब 6819 पैक्सों में निर्वाचन संपन्न कराया गया था। इस वर्ष 25 नवंबर से पांच दिसंबर तक पैक्सों में चुनाव कराने का कार्यक्रम तय किया गया है. पांच चरणों में होने वाले चुनाव में मतदान के दिन ही मतगणना प्रक्रिया पूरी करायी जाएगी.
अगर उस दिन किसी कारणवश जिस पैक्स में मतगणना नहीं हो पाया तो उसकी मतपेटियां वज्रगृह में रखी जाएंगी और दूसरे दिन हर हाल में मतगणना करायी जाएगी. उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि अक्टूबर में मुख्य सचिव और गृह सचिव के स्तर पर प्राधिकार की बैठक होगी जिसमें पैक्स चुनाव संबंधी उच्चस्तरीय समीक्षा होगी. उसके बाद पैक्स चुनाव के प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम पर मुहर लगेगी.तीन साल से अधिक समय से पदस्थापित जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी व प्रखंड सहकारिता पदाधिकारी हटाये जाएंगे।
पैक्स चुनाव : 25 नवंबर से 1 दिसंबर तक 5 चरणों मे होगा पैक्स चुनाव, DM व DDC को मिली जिम्मेदारी।
