कासगंज: उत्तर प्रदेश के कासगंज जिले में शराब माफिया द्वारा कानपुर के बिकरू कांड को दोहराने की कोशिश की गई। जहां बदमाशों ने सिपाही की पीट-पीटकर हत्या कर दी और दारोगा को गंभीर रुप से घायल कर दिया। इसके बाद जबावी कार्रवाई करते हुए मुख्य आरोपी के भाई को कासगंज पुलिस ने मुठभेड़ में मार गिराया, जबकि अन्य की सरगर्मी से तलाश की जा रही है। उधर बदमाशों के हमले में घायल दारोगा की हालत अभी भी नाजुक बनी हुई है।
पुलिस अधीक्षक मनोज कुमार सोनकर ने बताया कि बुधवार तड़के सिढ़पुरा क्षेत्र में नगला भिखारी के जंगलों में काली नदी के पास छिपे बदमाशों में से एक एलकार को मार गिराया गया जबकि मुख्य आरोपी मोती समेत अन्य बदमाश अंधेरे का फायदा उठाते हुए भाग निकले जिनकी सरगर्मी से तलाश की जा रही है।
मृतक सिपाही की हत्या के मुख्य आरोपी का भाई है। उसके कब्जे से एक तंमचा और कुछ कारतूस बरामद किए गए है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि मंगलवार शाम मुखबिर की सूचना पर सिढपुरा थाने में तैनात उपनिरीक्षक अशोक कुमार और आरक्षी देवेन्द्र सिंह ग्राम नगला धीमर कटरी में कच्ची शराब की फैक्ट्री पर छापा मारने गए थे।जहां हुब्बलाल के पुत्र मोती और एलकार के अलावा करीब 6 लोगों ने पुलिसकर्मियों को घेर कर फायरिंग शुरू कर दी और नजदीक आते ही लाठी डंड़ों एवं भालों से हमला कर दिया। इस अप्रत्याशित हमले में अशोक कुमार गम्भीर रूप से घायल हो गए जबकि देवेन्द्र कुमार की मौत हो गई। बदमाश उपनिरीक्षक की सरकारी पिस्टल एवं कारतूस भी लूट कर ले गए। घायल दारोगा को अलीगढ़ मेडिकल कालेज में भर्ती कराया गया है जहां उनकी हालत अभी भी नाजुक बनी हुई है।
