समस्तीपुर, विभूतिपुर थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव की छात्रा के साथ एक सिरफिरे आशिक ने पहले जाति, आवासीय और आय प्रमाण पत्र बनाने के लिए सादा कागज पर उसका हस्ताक्षर बनवाया। इस वास्ते छात्रा की एक फोटो ली। इसके बाद कॉलेज परिसर के पीछे ले जाकर पिस्तौल के बल पर जबरन मांग में सिंदूर भर दिया। फिर, दुपट्टा से मुंह बांधकर कॉलेज परिसर से आरा मिल के बगल में ले जाकर बदसलूकी कर कैमरे में तस्वीर कैद कर ली। अब, ब्लैकमेल करने के लिए शादी शपथ पत्र बनवाकर उसकी तस्वीर वायरल कर दी है। जो छात्रा के पिता के व्हाट्सएप तक पहुंच गई है।
मामला ने वकालत नोटिस का रूप लिया तो आरोपी उसके घर आकर सपरिवार जान मारने की धमकी तक दे डाली है। अब, पीड़िता थाना पुलिस की शरण में न्याय की गुहार लगाने पहुंची है। इस संबंध में पुलिस को दिए आवेदन में पीड़िता ने कहा है कि गांव के ही अंचल कुमार उर्फ राजा से कॉलेज में पढ़ाई के दौरान जान पहचान हुआ। उस पर विश्वास कर जाति, आय और आवास प्रमाण पत्र बनाने के वास्ते एक हाई स्कूल के समीप तत्काल ऑनलाइन आवेदन फॉर्म भरने के साथ सादा कागज पर हस्ताक्षर और फोटो दी। इसके बाद वह कॉलेज चली गई। कुछ समय बाद दो अन्य साथियों के साथ आरोपी युवक कॉलेज परिसर में आया। तीनों पिस्तौल का भय दिखाकर उसे कॉलेज के पीछे ले गया और आरोपी ने जबरन उसके मांग में सिंदूर डाल दिया। तस्वीर भी खींच लिया। दुपट्टा से उसका मुंह बांधकर स्कूटी तथा अन्य बाइक से नरहन आरा मिल के पीछे एक कोचिंग के बगल में ले जाकर एक कमरे में बंद कर दिया और जबरदश्ती करने लगा। जबरन उसका कपड़ा उतारकर तस्वीर कैमरा में कैद कर लिया। पीड़िता जब जोर-जोर से चिल्लाई तो आरोपी का एक साथी उसे आज भर छोड़ देने की बातें कहीं। तीनों कॉलेज परिसर आकर छात्रा को छोड़ दिया। छात्रा ने जान के भय से घटना की जानकारी किसी को नहीं दी। अब, आरोपी अंचल कुमार व अन्य ने षड्यंत्र कर शादी शपथ पत्र बनवाकर व्हाट्सएप पर उसे ब्लैकमेल करने लगा। इस शपथ पत्र को वायरल कर दिया, जो पीड़िता के पिता के व्हाट्सएप पर मिली है। कथित शादी शपथ पत्र के बारे में स्वजनों ने छात्रा से पूछताछ की। छात्रा के पिता ने स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधि से उक्त मामले में हस्तक्षेप करने की बातें कही और आरोपी को अधिवक्ता वकालतन नोटिस कर दी।
इस बात पर अंचल कुमार, गोलू कुमार, अनिल कुमार राय, सुधा देवी और तीन – चार अज्ञात पिस्तौल के साथ पीड़िता के घर पर आ धमका। जाति सूचक गाली – गलौज करते हुए उसके पिता को खोजने लगा। जब, उसका पिता घर से निकला तो सभी ने अपमानित कर दिया और वकालत नोटिस वापस लेने की को कहा। अन्यथा, परिवार के सभी सदस्यों को जान मारने की धमकी तक दे डाली। अब, छात्रा एक लिखित आवेदन देकर पुलिस के शरण में न्याय की गुहार लगा रही है। थानाध्यक्ष चंद्र कांत गौरी ने बताया कि मामला उनके संज्ञान में नहीं है। संबंधित जानकारी प्राप्त की जा रही है।
