मीडिया के साथ बातचीत में सुधीर कुमार ने कहा कि मामला फर्जीवाड़े से जुड़ा हुआ है। शिकायत में जिन लोगों के नाम हैं, उनमें शीर्ष से लेकर निचले स्तर तक के लोग शामिल हैं। मैं किसी का नाम नहीं लूंगा। बहरहाल, जब उनसे बार-बार पूछा गया कि क्या प्राथमिकी में मुख्यमंत्री का नाम है तो उन्होंने कहा- हां। उन्होंने एक और अधिकारी का नाम शिकायत में जिक्र करने की बात स्वीकार की और वह हैं पटना के पूर्व एसएसपी अधिकारी मनु महाराज। भारतीय पुलिस सेवा के अधिकारी महाराज डीआईजी रैंक में पदोन्नत हो गए हैं और वर्तमान में अन्यत्र पदस्थापित हैं।
इस मामले को लेकर नेता प्रतिपक्ष तेजस्वी यादव ने सीएम नीतीश पर हमला बोला है। तेजस्वी ने कहा है कि आज एक आईएएस अधिकारी 5 घंटे से अधिक समय तक थाने में बैठा रहा, लेकिन पुलिस ने उसकी प्राथमिकी दर्ज नहीं की। उन्होंने कहा, “बिहार के सीएम को आगे आकर सफाई देनी चाहिए। मुख्यमंत्री के खिलाफ एफआईआर क्यों नहीं हो सकती? सीएम नीतीश कुमार अपने पद का दुरुपयोग कर रहे हैं।”
सुधीर कुमार अगले वर्ष की शुरुआत में सेवानिवृत्त होने वाले हैं और नौकरी भर्ती घोटाला में नाम आने के बाद उन्हें तीन वर्ष जेल की सजा काटनी पड़ी थी। पिछले वर्ष अक्टूबर में सुप्रीमा कोर्ट ने उन्हें जमानत दी थी। उन्होंने अपनी शिकायत का ब्यौरा देने से इनकार कर दिया और कहा कि यह दस्तावेजों के फर्जीवाड़े से जुड़ा हुआ है और जब पूछा गया कि उन्होंने लगभग कितने लोगों का नाम शिकायत में लिया है तो उन्होंने कहा कि मैं गिनती नहीं करता। साथ ही उन्होंने तंज कसते हुए कहा कि बिहार में सुशासन देखिए कि एक आईएएस अधिकारी को चार घंटे तक इंतजार कराया गया। प्राथमिकी दर्ज नहीं की गई। मुझे महज मेरे शिकायत की पावती दी गई। मार्च में जब मैं शास्त्री नगर थाने में इन्हीं दस्तावेजों के साथ गया था तो यही बात हुई थी। उन्होंने कहा कि पुरानी शिकायत की प्रगति के बारे में सूचना जुटाने का प्रयास भी विफल हुआ, जिसमें आरटीआई भी शामिल है।
वहीं गर्दनीबाग के एसएचओ अरूण कुमार ने कहा कि शिकायत मिली है और सर (आईएएस अधिकारी सुधीर कुमार) को पावती दी गई है। सभी आवश्यक कानूनी प्रक्रियाओं का पालन किया जाएगा। बहरहाल उन्होंने यह पुष्टि करने से इनकार कर दिया कि शिकायत में मुख्यमंत्री का नाम शामिल है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह जांच का विषय है। हम ब्यौरा नहीं दे सकते।
राजद अध्यक्ष लालू यादव ने राज्य सरकार पर निशाना साधा है। शनिवार को ट्वीट कर आईएएस अधिकारी को एफआईआर करने में हुई परेशानी का हवाला देते हुए कहा है कि सरकार ने बिहार को सर्कस बना दिया है। खबर पढ़कर माथा पकड़िए। सरकार द्वारा अनुसूचित जाति वर्ग के एक अपर मुख्य सचिव के साथ ऐसा सलूक किया जा रहा है। उसका यह आचरण भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों को बचाने के चाल, चरित्र और चेहरे को उजागर करता है।
लोकतंत्र के लिए शुभ नहीं : चिराग पासवान
लोजपा सांसद चिराग पासवान ने ट्विट कर कहा है कि अपर मुख्य सचिव स्तर के अधिकारी को अनुसूचित जाति-जानजाति थाने में साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करने के बाद भी प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने में परेशानी हो रही है। यह लोकतंत्र के लिए शुभ नहीं है।
