डीएपी खाद की कमी एवं अधिक मूल्य पर डीएपी खाद की बिक्री करने की शिकायत मिलने पर जिला पदाधिकारी सुब्रत कुमार सेन ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी को मामले की जांच करने, दोषी को चिह्नित कर कड़ी कार्रवाई करने का सख्त निर्देश दिया।
तदनुसार जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी द्वारा अनुमंडल कृषि पदाधिकारी पश्चिमी के साथ मोतीपुर एवं साहेबगंज के कई उर्वरक प्रतिष्ठानों की जांच की गई। इस दौरान प्रतिष्ठानों में भौतिक रूप से संधारित उर्वरक एवं pos स्टॉक में समानता पाया गया। जांच के क्रम में अधिक मूल्य पर खाद की बिक्री करने की शिकायत सही नहीं पाया गया और प्रतिष्ठानों में खाद के पर्याप्त भंडार पाये गये। यद्यपि जांच के क्रम में एक उर्वरक प्रतिष्ठान में गड़बड़ी पाया गया है जिसके विरुद्ध निलंबन की कार्रवाई की जा रही है। जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी ने जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि साहेबगंज प्रखंड के विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठानों में कुल 1750 बैग डीएपी उपलब्ध है।
जिला पदाधिकारी ने जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी को टीम का गठन कर जांच अभियान तेज करने तथा किसानों को उचित मूल्य पर आवश्यकता के अनुसार खाद उपलब्ध कराने का सख्त निर्देश दिया है। उन्होंने जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी को खाद की उपलब्धता तथा वितरण की लगातार मॉनिटरिंग करने तथा कृषि समन्वयक के माध्यम से किसानों को खाद की खरीदारी सुनिश्चित कराने को कहा है।
जिला अधिकारी ने बताया की खाद से संबंधित किसी भी प्रकार की शिकायत को गंभीरता से लिया जाएगा तथा त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए समुचित समाधान किया जाएगा। इसके लिए जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी/ अनुमंडल कृषि पदाधिकारी एवं प्रखंड कृषि पदाधिकारी से समन्वय स्थापित कर शिकायत किया जा सकता है। जिले में खाद की कोई कमी नहीं है. बल्कि समुचित मात्रा में खाद उपलब्ध हैं।
डीएम के निर्देश पर डीएओ ने कई उर्वरक प्रतिष्ठानों का किया निरीक्षण, कहा- नहीं है खाद की कोई किल्लत।
