मुजफ्फरपुर : नशा मुक्ति केंद्र पहुंच रहे मरीजों का पागलों के डॉक्टर कर रहे इलाज, जाने पूरा मामला

सदर अस्पताल परिसर में संचालित नशामुक्ति केंद्र स्वास्थ्य विभाग के कागज पर ही चल रहा है. केंद्र को इन दिनों कोरोना जांच केंद्र बना दिया गया है. अगर मरीज आते हैं, तो उन्हें इलाज के लिए मेंटल ओपीडी में भेज दिया जा रहा है. वहीं जिन डॉक्टरों, नर्स व पारा मेडिकल स्टॉफ की रोस्टर के अनुसार ड्यूटी लगायी गयी है, वे हाजिरी बना कर चले जाते हैं. सोमवार को आउटडोर में नशा सेवन का एक मरीज आया. वहां मौजूद स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों ने उसे मेंटल ओपीडी जाने के लिए कह दिया. हालांकि उनके परिजन उसे लेकर मेंटल ओपीडी में गये, जहां मानसिक रूप से बीमार लोगों का इलाज होने की बात सुनते ही परिजन मरीज को लेकर वापस चले गये.

पूर्व सीएस ने रोस्टर बना केंद्र को कराया था चालू

पूर्व सिविल सर्जन डॉ विनय कुमार शर्मा ने नशामुक्ति केंद्र के नियमित संचालन के लिए स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की रोस्टर से ड्यूटी लगायी थी. इसकी निगरानी वे खुद किया करते थे. नशामुक्ति केंद्र के संचालन के लिए मेडिसिन विभाग के डाॅ एके पांडेय तथा डाॅ गौरव कुमार की पदस्थापना की गयी. इनके साथ कक्ष सेवक हरिकेश यादव, किरण वर्मा, कामिनी कुमारी, शुभम शर्मा, ब्रजेश कुमार पांडेय, इरफान भी रोस्टर के अनुसार ड्यूटी करते हैं. इसके अलावा काउंसेलिंग का दायित्व श्वेता कुमारी को दिया गया है. एएनएम एनसीडी क्लीनिक संजू कुमारी को प्रभारी बनाया गया. उन्होंने सुबह नौ बजे से शाम पांच बजे तक कार्यस्थल केंद्र में उपस्थित रहने की बात कही गयी.

2016 में सदर अस्पताल में हुई थी केंद्र की स्थापना

सदर अस्पताल में नशामुक्ति केंद्र की स्थापना एक अप्रैल 2016 को हुई थी. उस समय पूरे तामझाम से उसका आगाज हुआ. चिकित्सकों का 24 घंटे का रोस्टर बना. जरूरी दवाएं भी रखी गयीं. शराब की लत छुड़ाने के लिए परिजन यहां पर लाकर लोगों को भर्ती कराते थे. यह सेंटर 10 जुलाई 2020 तक चला. इस बीच 713 मरीजों का इलाज हुआ. इनमें से 50 लोगों को भर्ती कर इलाज किया गया था.
