पटना. पटना जिले में एक भी व्हाइट फंगस के मरीज नहीं मिले हैं. डॉ मनीष मंडल ने बताया कि व्हाइट फंगस को लेकर शहर में सिर्फ अफवाह उड़ायी जा रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि मामला आने के बाद वह आइजीआइएमएस में अब तक आये सभी 32 ब्लैक फंगस मरीजों की जांच करायी, लेकिन एक भी मरीज वाइट फंगस के नहीं मिले. सभी ब्लैक फंगस के मरीज ही पाये गये हैं.
इधर, ब्लैक फंगस को लेकर बहुत घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है. समय पर इलाज व ऑपरेशन से मरीज की जान काफी हद तक बचायी जा सकती है. इलाज में देरी ही मरीज के जीवन के लिए खतरा बन सकता है. अकेले पटना में ब्लैक फंगस के 20 मरीजों का सफल इलाज किया जा चुका है. ऑपरेशन व इलाज के बाद मरीज खतरे से बाहर हैं.
इनमें शहर के इंदिरा गांधी आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान, पटना एम्स व पीएमसीएच अस्पताल में इलाज के दौरान मरीजों को डिस्चार्ज भी किये जा चुके हैं. आइजीआइएमएस में 12, एम्स में पांच, पीएमसीएच में एक और बाकी दो मरीज शहर के एक निजी अस्पताल के मरीज शामिल हैं, जिनको इलाज के बाद डिस्चार्ज किया गया है.
आइजीआइएमएस में एक मरीज मिला, दो का ऑपरेशन
आइजीआइएमएस में गुरुवार को एक मरीज में ब्लैक फंगस की पुष्टि हुई, जबकि पहले से भर्ती दो मरीजों का ऑपरेशन किया गया. आइजीआइएमएस के मेडिकल सुपरिटेंडेंट डॉ मनीष मंडल ने बताया कि संस्थान के इएनटी विभाग में अब तक 10 मरीजों का ऑपरेशन किया जा चुका है. गुरुवार को भी दो मरीजों का ऑपरेशन किया गया जबकि शुक्रवार को तीन अन्य ब्लैक फंगस मरीजों का ऑपरेशन किया जायेगा.
इन कारणों से होते हैं फंगस
अनियंत्रित मधुमेह, स्टेरॉयड लेने के कारण इम्यूनो सप्रेशन, कोरोना संक्रमण अधिक होने के कारण अधिक समय आइसीयू में रहना.
व्हाइट फंगस के लक्षण क्या हैं?
व्हाइट फंगस संक्रमण शरीर के महत्वपूर्ण कामकाज को प्रभावित कर सकता है, वहीं ब्लैक फंगस सिर्फ साइनस और फेफड़ों को प्रभावित करता है
व्हाइट फंगस में कोविड जैसे लक्षण दिखाइ देते हैं
व्हाइट फंगल संक्रमण का पता लगाने के लिए एचआरसीटी स्कैन के समान परीक्षण की आवश्यकता हो सकती है

गाल की हड्डी में दर्द होना
चेहरे पर एक तरफ दर्द होना या सूजन

धुंधला या दोहरा दिखाई देना
सीने में दर्द और सांस में परेशानी
कोरोना मरीज ऐसे बच सकते हैं ब्लैक फंगस से
खून में शुगर की मात्रा ज्यादा नहीं होने दें तथा हाइपरग्लाइसेमिया से बचें, कोरोना से ठीक हुए लोग ब्लड ग्लूकोज पर नजर रखें, स्टेरॉयड के इस्तेमाल में समय और डोज का पूरा ध्यान रखें, एंटीबायोटिक और एंटीफंगल दवाओं का इस्तेमाल डॉक्टर के परामर्श से ही करें
